Todo bien excepto cama supletoria.
Pros:

Las habitaciones están bastante bien, también los baños. El personal fenomenal, se esfuerzan mucho en ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. La peor parte es que pedimos una habitación para 3 adultos y nos pusieron una cama doble y otra supletoria que era un somier con un colchón-cojín encima, al pedir otro colchón nos dieron otro colchón-cojín que pusimos encima pero no solucionó nada porque al tumbarse un adulto se hundía el somier. En resumen recomendable para habitaciones de 2, no para 3.

En el edificio tenebroso, una agradable sorpresa
Pros:

La atención es muy buena, pero el edificio es vetusto, casi tenebroso. El apartamento donde está el hotel es agradable, los servicios son buenos y tienen detalles que no se consiguen en hoteles de más categoría: pantuflas desechables, cubiertos en cocina, sábanas limpias, elementos para aseo de zapatos, libros para lectura, buena iluminación, aire acondicionado, etc. La atención es muy agradable en oposición a la dureza de la gente de la ciudad. La habitación es limpia, siempre hay agua caliente y es un lugar silencioso, en general. El desayuno está bien, pero el jamón es realmente en embutido de pobre calidad. Hay mucho té a disposición de los huéspedes.

servizio eccellente, stanze semplici ma con essenz
Pros:

le ragazze sono favolose. colazione buona. molto disponibili a dare informazioni locali, mi han perfino stampato il check in per il ritorno. l'albergo non è proprio nell'isola del centro ma con un bus ci arrivi in meno di 10 min, mezzora a piedi. lo consiglio assolutamente. se vuoi colazione in camera!

Ощущение такое, что живешь в коммунальной квартире. Слышно, как приходят гости, и невольно снижаешь голос, чтобы не было слышно, о чем мы говорим.
