Please note that the hotel car park is located at the back of the hotel and therefore has a different address. Guests who are coming by car are requested to navigate to the address Mathildelaan 1.

Zeer goed!
Pros:

Vriendelijk persool en zeer nette kamer! Wij hebben 1 overnachting gedaan en willen zeker terug komen.

Cons:

De parking was zeer onduidelijk te vinden. Wanneer wij het persoon hierover aanspraken, waren zijn bereid ons verder te helpen.

Room was nice!
Pros:

The room was great, and the location is perfect. I didn’t use the breakfast, though.

Cons:

I checked in and told the receptionist I booked for 2 people, but I'm here alone. I asked if it could be adjusted to 1 person. She said yes, but I was still charged the tax for 2 people! I went back to the reception a second time, and they told me it was fixed, but it still hasn't been done.

Pros:

The location was close to the city centre and train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room size was good and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Firstly, the hotel bar closes way too early. Secondly my room, a suite, looked like a sex dungeon decorated by a colourblind dominatrix. My room had black glossy tiles which made the whole dark and made the floor look like it was wet, like they just jet washed the bodily fluids away after the last guest left. I did not have the advertised jacuzzi in the room, but I was fine with that as it would have made it feel even more like a highway side brothel. I hope I was unlucky with my room and the other room don't feel like staying in an East German sex bunker.

Some rooms miss essentials
Pros:

The hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel but obviously many rooms miss essentials. I visited 5+ times and most times received rooms that were big but did not have things in the room that you can expect. There are no outlets to charge your phone, nor light switches next to the bed. Bathrooms without the possibility to hang a towel or to put shampoo in the shower, except for the floor. Somehow those rooms seem not to be planned to become hotel rooms and make an unfinished impression. if you want to have a room that fulfills basic criteria for a 4 star hotel you need to book a 'superior deluxe ' room according to the front desk. Why then the hotel as a whole receives a 4 star rating is a mystery. The location and breakfast are good.

Cons:

Industrijski stil. Sobe su hladne, nema mogućnosti da se podesi željena temperatura u sobi. Depozit je u visini ukupne cene boravka, koji se vraća nekoliko dana nakon napuštanja hotela.

The staff was great, very pleasant and accommodating. The location is in the center of the city, so it is very convenient, there's a bus stop very close to the hotel.

Cons:

I think the prices are a bit steep and my room was not the cleanest (there was quite a bit of dust and the stain on the sheets), but nothing that would have impacted my experience that much.
