Prachtig hotel met een geweldige locatie
Pros:

De locatie, je loopt zo het centrum in. En het hotel heeft een eigen parkeerplek.

Cons:

We hadden een grote kamer maar hier stond maar één stoel. Weinig comfort

Prima hotel voor bezoek aan Eindhoven.
Pros:

Hotel prima gelegen - dicht bij centrum van Eindhoven. Kregen een upgrade kamer toegewezen. Was onlangs gerenoveerd en fijn om hierin te verblijven. Ontbijt was ook aangenaam en voldoende uitgebreid.

Cons:

Welness was ergens verstopt in ander gebouw en lastig vindbaar (jammer). In mooie kamer kwam tocht uit plafond - niet te reguleren met er aanwezige airco.

De ligging is fantastisch, dichtbij het centrum.

Cons:

De kamer is niet logisch ingericht, de badkamer had losse tegels en het putje van de douche liep niet door waardoor de douche overstroomde (en waarschijnlijk ook de reden is van de losliggende tegels naar ons vermoeden). Jammer!

Uitstekend!
Pros:

Voor mij is dit het hotel waar je moet verblijven als je naar Eindhoven gaat. Wij verblijven hier dan ook meerdere keren per jaar, soms met ontbijt, soms zonder ontbijt. Het ontbijt is echt fantastisch. Ruime keuze, vers en lekker. Voor een ieder wat wils zou ik zeggen.

De bar is gezellig en rondom de bar kun je ook eten. De kaart is niet heel uitgebreid en op wedstrijddagen van PSV is er een andere kaart, maar voor ons voldoende keuze. In het verleden was het zo dat je bij 'terugkomst' altijd een briefje op je kamer had liggen met een welkomsboodschap en iets lekkers (stroopwafels of bonbons). Helaas zijn ze hiermee gestopt. Niet meer elke keer als je terugkomt, maar om de zoveel keer. Dat vind ik persoonlijk jammer. Het gaf altijd een warm en welkom gevoel. De medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk op een enkele uitzondering na. Zo loopt er rondom de bar een meneer, die ik in tegenstelling tot andere medewerkers wat minder uitnodigend/vriendelijk vind. Ik was aan de bar geholpen door een super vriendelijke dame, maar abusievelijk had zij een drankje niet aangeslagen in het systeem, maar omdat ik 'vaste' gast ben, vind ik het niet meer dan normaal om dit gewoon eerlijk aan te geven, aan de man bij wie ik afrekende. De man gaf aan dat hij de medewerkster zou aanspreken en daar baal ik van, althans hij gaf mij het gevoel dat het niet kon en dat ze scherper moest zijn. Uiteraard moet je als medewerker scherp zijn, maar hé, waar gewerkt wordt, worden fouten gemaakt en als je doet voorkomen dat jezelf nooit fouten maakt, dan werk je mijns inziens niet of niet hard genoeg. Ik heb hier een onbevredigend gevoel aan over gehouden en bij een volgende keer, zal ik de medewerker die dit is overkomen, zelf aan spreken.

Voor de rest was het weer vanouds. Een super mooie grote kamer, vriendelijk personeel en uiteraard dichtbij het centrum en het stadion van PSV.

Tip voor de manager: Zorg gewoon weer voor een welkomsbriefje en wat lekkers bij terugkerende...

De kamer was top! Wel upgrade gedaan maar kan zien dat alles daar in orde is.
