Before you chose the hotel you need to know that this Hotel policy doesn’t allow you to bring any friends to visit you after 10pm and even before 10pm just allow the visitants in common areas , if you are planning to have a beer in your room with them you have to pay extra. The hotel is nice ,old fashion ,well maintained. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the service is excellent. The pool is good with a nice view. Samir and Marlons in the restaurant make you feel at home. Luis and Rembert in the reception are exceptional people. The security guy Rafael has to learn how to properly approach customers in a good way with respect

Super friendly and helpful staff, Jaime the concierge went out of his way, personally took us walking twice to show us/help us find what we needed, A+! All other staff were friendly and nice as well. Bkfast was not huge but enough options to feel satisfied and good taste. Room are spacious and clean. Family friendly and quiet for the area. Will return.

This place has such a fantastic location—it's usually peaceful and not too crowded. The facilities are wonderful, and the staff truly go above and beyond. Plus, the city itself is absolutely beautiful!

Majestic, charming boutique hotel that is in a great location in Getsemani. The people are very friendly and it has a pool looking over San Felipe and the marina. My room needs some repairs - e.g the shower but overall I really like this place

The AC was leaking and my partners dress brcame wet because of it - the toilet did not have any pressure to down thr solids - there was not a toilet bowl cleaner to clean after -

The property's location is very convenience. Hotel is beautiful, room is clean, bed is comfortable. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff is amazing. Eduardo and Marlon are very professional, and kind they were helping us and made us feel very welcomed. Also, the bar on the 3rt floor has an spectacular view. Definitely, we will come back to the this hotel again in the near future.

Far from the old city

The hotel was in a great location. Very close to all the main walled city monents. The room was pretty descent as we had the duplex. The bad...i tried booking the hotel shuttle from the airport..i called and emailed several.times....no anwser..i sent a message in instagram...i got a generic reply...with no anwsers back once again....proba ly. Etywr anyway we took a cap 5 people with luggage for 10 us....also by the upstairs pool there is a bar....prices are very high....ice cream for kids was 40 pesos....and the convenience store bu the hotel.sells.them.for 4!!!! Drinks were around 40 each....nars by the hotel had 2 for 20!!!! Obviously the hotel.doeant want to make.more money...people were sneaking their own alcohol...ot going out.

Very central and walking distance to great restaurants shops and el centro.

Great staff, very helpful. Located in the Getsemani neighborhood yet very easy to get to the heart of Cartagena on foot, just a short walk away.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the unobstructed view from the rooftop was fantastic. We really appreciated the option to take a to-go box from the breakfast buffet for our early airport departure—such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an excellent stay! Our only complaint was that the burger we had for lunch was just average. We'd definitely stay here again but would likely choose a different place to eat.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel with a lot of charm, ambiance, excellent service, quality food and fabulous location over the water, bridge and Historic Castillo de San Felipe in Getsemani. Nice, relaxing pool on the 3rd floor. Minutes walk to several restaurants, salsa clubs, the famous Walled City and ferry terminal for boat day trips!

Really nice hotel with huge rooms in a Riad or courtyard style. The rooftop pool and bar offer relief from the heat of the city.
The staff was accessible and always smiling.
Best of all was the breakfasts. They offered many kinds of local fruits that were awesome.
