Estuvo ok, pero la próxima no me hospedaría aquí. Buscaría otro lugar más alejado del escándalo

La cercanía a los lugares más conocidos, para ir a comer podías movilizarte caminando sin ningún problema.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son viejas, las fotos no reflejan lo que son. Y como está frente a la calle más famosa de Medellín, en las noches se escucha muchísimo escándalo, a mi me costaba dormir, o me despertaba a cada rato.

Este hotel no debería estar catalogado 5 estrellas , muy lejos sobre la luz
Pros:

Este hotel para catalogarse de 5 estrellas no debería de ofrecer habitaciones tan pequeñas xs eso no se ha visto nunca en la vida , lo único bueno que tiene este hotel es el loby y los desayunos en las mañanas.

Cons:

Tiene habitaciones muy pequeñas, saturado de decoracion , no hay descanso . Además roban en la parte de afuera donde aparcas los vehículos justo en frente del hotel. La parte gerenciar debería poner más cuidada con este tema para hacer sentir seguros a sus huéspedes.

Could be a lot better for the price.
Cons:

Facilities and amenities were not that good. Service was regular. It’s impossible to get in touch with the property through their landline. Breakfast was okay, could have been a lot better.

Faltan detalles que pueden influir en volver
Pros:

el hotel está bien ubicado. Sin embargo, se encuentra en remodelación estos días, lo cual se advierte previamente y no es problema porque está bien manejada la situación. El personal es muy dispuesto a atender los requerimientos. En este caso fueron muy diligentes para conseguirme una plancha y también hielo para las bebidas (no hay nevera). El desayuno es bueno (temporalmente se toma en un restaurante que queda a 20 metros)

Cons:

El nuevo mobiliario que están poniendo en las habitaciones no es para nada práctico y afecta el confort. La cama casi está a nivel del piso, y eso dificulta el levantarse. No tienen una silla ni un espacio para poder trabajar en la habitación. Es decir, hay que estar si o si en la cama a nivel del piso. No hay TV distinta a canales nacionales. En la ducha, que es buena, no hay lugar para poner shampoo o jabón. Hay que dejarlos en el piso. Son detalles que afectan la experiencia y no permiten que un huesped que va trabajar lo pueda hacer, porque no hay nada dispuesto para hacerlo (el internet es de buena calidad). Tampoco hay nevera, pero se compensa pidiendo hielo a la habitación

No recomiendo hospedarse ahí.
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación y la limpieza de la habitación.

Cons:

La primera habitación que me asignaron tenía el lavabo del baño tapado. Me cambiaron de habitación y me asignaron una sin mesa de noche y el espejo de cuerpo entero quebrado. No tenían internet. El desayuno bastante malo en cuanto a los productos y al sabor.
