La recepción y el restaurante muy linda y bueno. Si el plan es ir de fiesta vale la pena quedarse ahí

Além disso, tem ducha quente, a cama é muito.boa e recepção 24h com staff muito atencioso

O café da manhã é uma parceria com um restaurante e servem menu fixo, sem muita opção de escolha ou adaptação.

Aqui é mais uma preferência pessoal, eu gosto do café da manhã como buffet onde você monta o prato de acordo com a sua preferência podendo repetir quantas vezes desejar.

A Great places to say and the perfect location.

Perfect location the staff was very Good very gentle love the places. It have change alot since the firt time I went their just Perfect hope be back soon.

The coffe from the new restaurant was terrible and my room didn't have a refrigerator for the water and other drinks. It the only thing but in overall is very good.

Si visitas Medellín en plan rumba, este lugar es perfecto.
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, la habitación y el baño muy limpios. Tiene una amplia oferta gastronómica cercana, así como bares y discotecas.

Cons:

Al estar ubicado en el corazón de Provenza, no pueden acceder vehículos. Tienes que caminar para llevar tu equipaje. El hotel está en remodelación, por lo que el restaurante actualmente no está en el mismo hotel. Las habitaciones no tienen armario y no es cómodo para guardar la ropa.

Hay bastante ruido en la noche por supuesto por su ubicación. Si tu plan es descansar y quietud, es mejor buscar otras opciones.

La atencion del personal es extraordinariamente buena. La ubicacion, las instalaciones, en fin, tiene lo que necesitas para un alojamiento comodo y conveniente.

Solo que no tiene parqueadero para vehiculos y hay que caminar unos pocos metros con el equipaje. Pero en realidad no es que sea el gran inconveniente... El resto, estuvo fenomanal....
