Relatively small rooms
Colazione molto ricca, staff gentile, camera pulitissima, posizione in zona comoda per spostarsi sia nella medina che fuori Tunisi.

Le professionnalisme du Directeur qui suite à un désagrément dans ma chambre sur 2 nuits, m'a surclassé dans une suite et m a offert une heure de massage. Le personnel a l acceuil au restaurant, d ailleurs excellent restaurant avec beaucoup de choix, est aussi à souligner. Le petit déjeuner est parfait avec beaucoup de choix. Une mention spéciale pour Souhir, la masseuse qui a des doigts d or, et côté massage j en ai eu un un peu partout dans le monde. Je dis félicitations à Souhir.
Des que je reviendrai en Tunisie, je reviendrai au Novotel centre ville.

Très bon accueil, personnel sympathique et attentif. Hôtel confortable
Starting by the check-in, Mohamed, the responsible of the night shift, was extremely helpful! Offering me as well a room upgrade! The room was fine, the other staff, especially on the front desk, were all helpful! The breakfast is fine, but i didn't understand why is 70% of it is for the sweets!
