El baño sin ventanas de ventilación y sin extractor de olores. El aire acondicionado no funcionó. Fuerte olor a humedad.
El servicio fue excelente. La ubicación del hotel es de primera. Todo el personal es muy atento.
Me habría gustado que la habitación tuviera una plancha.
Wonderful location at the Clock Tower. Modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Great breakfast buffet and we had lunch there too (very good). Nice pool on rooftop (6th floor). The staff members at this hotel were outstanding and very helpful!! Especially the front desk staff. Sandra (manager?) was most accommodating. Amanda assisted us with a room at the last minute when we had to move out of our previous hotel due to elevator problems. Also, I believe (I am not sure), that it was Amanda who realized that it was my birthday the next day (from my passport, at check-in) and alerted the breakfast buffet staff. They brought out a decorated piece of coffee cake!! (We did not tell them!!). It is these little things that makes a great hotel & a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!!
I’m currently staying at this hotel and have been genuinely impressed by the level of service across every touchpoint. From a smooth and welcoming check-in to efficient room service and a lovely breakfast experience, everything has been handled with professionalism and care.
A special thank you to Danielle in the restaurant, who stands out for her attentiveness and warm personality. Despite the language barrier (as I don’t speak Spanish), she made every effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well looked after, which I truly appreciated.
I also had a moment where I needed assistance, and the receptionist came over immediately to help—quick, friendly, and highly efficient service that really made an impact.
It’s rare to find such consistent, high-quality hospitality across all areas of a hotel. The team here clearly take pride in what they do.

Ubicación excelente, cerca de todo caminando, piscina genial con hermosa vista al reloj. Lugar cómodo, hermosas habitaciones, y restaurant exquisito en el lobby.

La atención del personal, especialmente Andrea de recepción. Excelente trato y disposición a solucionar cualquier inconveniente al huesped.
Las habitaciónes son muy pequeñas y no tienen espacio para guardar la ropa. La ubicación dentro del casco histórico es muy buena pero la isonorización no es buena y la musica de los locales de alrededor no permite descansar ya que la música es hasta las 02,30 hs y a todo volumen. Esto deberían advertirselo al huesped.....

Não estava claro como funcionava o cofre, no painel aparece que você pode usar o cartão do quarto, mas isso fez o cofre travar e a recepção não consegue resolver sem ajuda especializada
