Pros:

Staff was super friendly and always available to help.

Cons:

The noise at the main plaza. The windows aren't properly insulated.
Desk area is uncomfortable

No recomendable para descansar.
Pros:

La atención del personal, especialmente Andrea de recepción. Excelente trato y disposición a solucionar cualquier inconveniente al huesped.

Cons:

Las habitaciónes son muy pequeñas y no tienen espacio para guardar la ropa. La ubicación dentro del casco histórico es muy buena pero la isonorización no es buena y la musica de los locales de alrededor no permite descansar ya que la música es hasta las 02,30 hs y a todo volumen. Esto deberían advertirselo al huesped.....

Pros:

Localização, quarto silencioso, ar condicionado, chuveiro quente, café da manhã com bastante opções

Cons:

Não estava claro como funcionava o cofre, no painel aparece que você pode usar o cartão do quarto, mas isso fez o cofre travar e a recepção não consegue resolver sem ajuda especializada

We find this the vest hotel to stay in
Pros:

The Greatest view of Cartagena. Tge click tower riggt outside the bedroom. But pretty damn noisy at night. Still highly recommended.

Lokalizacja świetna. Śniadanie różnorodne. Basen na dachu z pięknym widokiem na okolice - sprawdzał się fenomenalnie.

Cons:

Lokalizacja hotelu jest wręcz idealna - niestety hałas na ulicy trwający do 3/4 nad ranem - utrudniał zarówno zasypianie, jak i spanie - zatyczki do uszu w wyposażeniu pokoju byłyby bardzo mile widzianym udogodnieniem.Dodatkowo bardzo brudne okna, sprawiały że wszystko inne wydawało się być nieświeże i brudne. Podobnie na basenie - choć miejsce z przeogromnym potencjałem, to bardzo zaniedbane….szkoda

Una mala experiencia
Cons:

Cuando llegamos la piscina no esta lista para usar , faltaba agua.
Había ruido permanente en la habitación , no de la ciudad , sino de gente trabajando , un generador , otros ruidos muy molestos , imposible descansar.
Cuando solicitamos comida para la piscina , después de 20 minutos al menos la mitad del pedido no lo tenían
La vista de la habitación no era buena.

Vista increíble y excelente servicio
Pros:

Tiene una vista espectacular, sin duda una de las mejores de la ciudad. El personal es sumamente amable y atento, y su ubicación es inmejorable: muy céntrico y cercano a todo.

Pros:

La piscine sur le toit et l'emplacement. Petit déjeuner agréable.

Cons:

Le lit n'était pas confortable, très dure et on sentait les ressorts. Les fenêtres de la chambre donne sur l'intérieur, peu de lumière naturelle mais c'était les chambres les moins bruyantes, les rues autour de l'hôtel sont très animées.

Pros:

La atención del personal a cargo y en particular de Liceth, fue de muy buen nivel, siempre preocupados de que nuestra estadía fuera lo más grata posible y atendiendo todos y cada uno de nuestros requerimientos con mucha amabilidad.

Cons:

La bulla que se genera en la esquina donde está ubicado el hotel, sobre todo en la anoche.

Normal pero ruidoso
Pros:

Muy buena ubicaciòn, el desayuno normal no un gran buffet.
Camas amplias y personal de la entrada atentos a lo que uno necesitara

Cons:

Dado su ubicacion se escucha mucho ruido de afuera (bares, discos etc)
