La ubicación

Cons:

La habitación no estaba muy bien mantenida, necesitaba una mano de pintura y renovación del mobiliario. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. La aislación del ruido no era muy bueno.

Buena pero el cliente no es lo suficientemente importante
Pros:

Excelente habitación. No supe que incluía la habitación, agua, café?

Cons:

Muy mal que el segundo piso no tenga luz a las 12 pm y el baño no se puede usar.
Y cuando uno solicita el servicio a un empleado, no soluciona y no lo acompaña sino que lo regaña a uno… muy mal… la atención al cliente es la prioridad…

Limpio, buen precio y muy buena ubicación.
Pros:

La propiedad esta muy bien cuidada, bastante limpia y la ubicación muy cómoda para moverse. Alex del staff en el lobby fue bastante amigable y nos colaboró con cualquier cosa que estuvimos necesitando sin problema durante nuestra estadia.

Cons:

Es mi segunda vez hospedandome aqui, lamentablemente el unico punto negativo aigue siendo el mismo; el colchon de la cama es bastante duro y es difícil acostumbrarse para conseguir el sueño.
