La limpieza
El colchón era extremadamente duro. El personal no fue atento en todos los casos. Hubo un corte de agua por muchas horas y no avisaron con tiempo (dijeron que era programado). El desayuno no es de calidad, muchas cosas con varios días de elaboración o frutas cortadas con días de heladera.
Atendimento, cortesia, limpeza, localização. O cheirinho do hotel é maravilhoso.

Un hotel muy bueno, con muy buen desayuno y comodidad, en zona tranquila y segura. El personal muy atento y servicial.

A localização do hotel é excelente, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, quartos grandes, e arejados.
Nós utilizamos a academia, e lá a limpeza não estava boa, fomos por uns 3 dias, e não foi trocado a água, ou as frutas, nem a limpeza havia sido realizada, e desistimos de utilizar.

Dirty, old hotel - no maintenance at all - all furnished cracked, tiles cracked or missing, bed and bedding, not worth penny to spend on this hotel, breakfast very poor quality - looking great but lack of any taste - and quality of product very low - even coffee was bad. Surprised what this is still open and with 4stars ratings.
O café da manhã do hotel era EXPETACULAR! Amei! Os quartos eram espaçosos e muito confortáveis. Banheiro é ótimo e chuveiro maravilhoso também. O hotel fica a uns 10 min na zona T onde se pode encontrar vários locais para curtir a noite e restaurantes. Próximo ao hotel também é possível encontrar restaurantes patra ir a pé. Tem elevador.
A única coisa a reclamar é que durante o terremoto do dia 10/08 o alarme do hotel não tocou. Poderiam ter acionado o alarme de incêndio pra fazer as pessoas evacuarem, mas não o fizeram. O alarme de evacuação só tocou quando boa parte já tinha descido. Nem sei se todos de fato desceram. Só desci porque meus amigos ligaram, um deles estranhou o tremor e desceu pra ver o que estava acontecendo e daí avisou o restante do grupo.

La ubicación, el desayuno tambien estaba bien por el precio que tiene.
Se escuchaba mucho el ruido del pasillo y de la habitación de al lado. Por el precio es un hotel que cumple.

En los chats con el hotel me confirmaron el desayuno y cuando llegamos al hotel nos indicaron que no estaba incluido y que no se hacían responsables por el mensaje que me habían enviado confirmando el desayuno.
