La atencion del personal del hotel....excelente.
El servicio de restaurante buenisimo, deliciosa la comida.
No Me Gusto....pedi habitacion en el segundo piso y un ruido que solo se sentia en la noche.....la nevera parece que no funcionaba bien ......esto causaba ese sonido.....no se podia dormir bien.
Otra noche, los huespedes de otra habitacion a la 1;40 am, con tanto ruido, hay gente que no respeta, es un hotel de categoria.
Atención muy amable. Buen desayuno buffet y disposición de los chefs para cocinar los huevos al gusto. El café Britt delicioso. La habitación amplia limpia tal como aparece en las fotos. Muy buen clóset para la estadía de 9 noches. Muy fácil ir caminando a buenos restaurantes y lugares cercanos. Caminar en Bogotá es placentero por el clima fresco.
Pensé que la cama sería king lo cual es fundamental para nuestra comodidad al dormir. Regresaría si logro una habitación con cama king.

Estaba demasiado lejos del centro y la limpieza era pésima, el trato del personal era muy malo y muy invasivo, tenían conductas inapropiadas con los huéspedes

Todo el personal brinda un excelente servicio y el desayuno es muy variado y rico. Ofrecieron plancha de ropa a la habitación gratis.
El hotel no está tan cerca de restaurantes. No nos sentimos seguros caminando en el área.
Los muebles y el hotel está muy un poco viejo.
La atención de los empleados. Reconocimiento a Lina en la recepción y a Natalia en el restaurante. La ubicación es excelente y la comida genial.
Que no suministren papel higiénico con repuestos. En muchos hoteles hay hasta 3 rollos. Aquí nos tocó llamar varias veces para que nos subieran un rollo.
