Pros:

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, a recepciósok, a felszolgálók, mindenki! A szoba tiszta, és mindennel felszerelt, amire egy kisgyerekes családnak szüksége lehet.(bili, szűkítő, leesés gátló, és mindez automatikusan várt minket a szobában) A büfé reggeli és vacsora változatos, a kertben rengeteg gyerek játék, homokozó,, focipalya, kisállatok, bent jatszóház, jatszószoba rengeteg játékkal, gyerek és felnőtt csocsóval, mesekönyvekkel, amit a gyerekek egész nap használhatnak. Egyértelműen látszott, hogy az egész hotel tényleg csalad és a gyerekbarát. Ott tartózkodásunk alatt a kisfiunk pecsétet gyüjthetett étkezésekkor, ha szépen evett, és elutazaskor ezért is kis ajándékkal lepte meg őt a hotel. A hotel közvetlen folyosóval össze van kötve a fürdővel, ez nagyon kényelmes volt nekünk.
Könyvtár és bár is található a szállodában ha a felnőttek elvonultak kicsit pihenni kikapcsolódni. Mindenkinek ajánljuk a hotelt és a fürdőt is, ár érték arányban is szuper választás!Szívesen visszatérünk még!

Cons:

Korábban olvastam véleményben és kicsit nekünk is furcsa volt, hogy a fürdőszobán nincs ajtó, az szerintem is hiányzott, a szőnyeg kicsit csak furcsa volt, hogy nincs, de mivel sok gyerek fordul meg a hotelben még valahol érthető is!
Kimondottan, ami nem tetszett volna, olyat nem találtunk!

„Günstiges“ Thermenhotel - Gut geeignet für Kurzaufenthalt ohne großen Luxusanspruch
Pros:

Schöner Kurz-Aufenthalt für uns.
Unterirdischer Durchgang zur Therme sehr praktisch. Eintritt in der Therme war bei zwei Nächten 2x inkludiert. Badetasche mit Handtuch und Bademantel war auch dabei.
Essen (HP) hat uns gut geschmeckt. Kleiner Buffetbereich, mit ausreichender Auswahl. Auch für heikle Kinder immer etwas gefunden. Fleischesser werden sehr zufrieden sein, gibt jedoch auch leckere vegetarische Beilagen. Schöner heller Speisesaal mit kleinem Spielebereich.
Zimmer ausreichend groß, mit Balkon, Klimaanlage, Wäscheständer. Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Viele Abstellmöglichkeiten im Zimmer und Bad (Badezimmer ist offen, Toilette extra). Eine Flasche Wasser gab es gratis.
Garten mit Tieren und Spielplatz, indoor-Spielebereich - passt für jüngere Kinder sehr gut. Zum Teil Programm für die Kinder, während unseres Aufenthaltes vorwiegend abends.
Parkplatz ausreichend groß.
Ausstattung eindeutig schon älter, jedoch ordentlich und sauber - Luxus darf man nicht erwarten, aber uns ging es um die Therme selbst; waren nur zum Schlafen und Essen im Hotel. Dahingehend haben Preis und Leistungen sehr gut gepasst.

Cons:

Waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht, dies weiß man bei der Buchung nicht. Gab einen unterirdischen Gang zum Haupthaus, das hat gepasst.

Zimmer: Toilettenmuschel gehört ausgewechselt, Kalk/Rost der vermutlich nicht mehr zu entfernen geht. Unangenehmer Geruch aus der Dusche; vergeht jedoch nach kurzem Wasserlaufen lassen. Am Balkon darf geraucht werden, da die Balkone der Zimmer sehr nahe aneinander sind, riecht man den Rauch der Nachbarn, wenn man die Fenster geöffnet hat. Badezimmer hat keine Tür (im Zimmer offen integriert), das muss man mögen - für uns hat es aber gut gepasst. Fernseher sehr klein.

Getränke müssen am Abend beim Essen extra bezahlt werden - wäre schön, wenn auch abends zumindest die Saft/Wasserautomaten vom Frühstück aktiv und inkludiert wären.

Schön wäre es, wenn man bei zwei Nächten, tatsächlich auch drei Thermentage nutzen könnte. Am Abreisetag könnte man ermäßigte Tickets dazukaufen, diese sind allerdings noch sehr hochpreisig.
Man muss in die Therme Bargeld/Karte mitnehmen und am Ende des Thermentages die jeweiligen Konsumationen, mit der Uhr bezahlen - wäre praktischer, wenn das alles auf die Hotelrechnung gebucht werden würde.
