Je pense qu’il peut y avoir beaucoup d’amélioration à faire mais le personnel est adorable

L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel très agréable
Le petit déjeuner est super et il y a plusieur choix pour se divertir

Cons:

Le choix pour le repas est trop léger et pour les personnes qui ne mange pas de viande ou halal il n’y avait rien le prix est assez élevé pour le repas

Me gustó la ubicación las instalaciones todo en general y los trabajadores de 11 y el director encantador

Cons:

El que no nos dieran la habitación hasta las 15h teniendo habitaciones y la que nos dieron no nos la tenían que aver dado no estaba en condiciones

Great value for money
Pros:

Clean room, quite new and modern furniture, bathroom. Gel, shampoo, even body cream provided, which is missing in some other hotels. Clean towels, bed sheets, no stains.
Balcony to have evening chill.
Nice welcoming staff
Direct access to the beach
Parking easy to find

Cons:

We went in May, it was full.
So if you are looking for quiet, chill stay, it is not the one

Le personnel ne fait aucun effort pour parler français ni a l' accueil ni nulle part. Si on veut un renseignement il faut se débrouiller. On sent bien que les français ne sont pas les bienvenus.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. La zona de toboganes es espectacular para los niños y también la proximidad al mar. Es importante tener en cuenta que la cala es pequeñita, así que si vas en temporada alta estará a tope. Solo lo recomiendo para temporada baja.

Cons:

El hotel aloja más personas de las que puede asumir. Nosotros nos alojamos allí en el puente mayo, estaba bastante lleno. No tenían suficientes plazas de parking, conseguimos una después de preguntar en varias ocasiones cada día. No las reservan sino que tienes que tener la suerte de que en ese momento quede una libre y reservar de manera presencial , NO puedes hacerlo si estás fuera del hotel por teléfono. Nosotros lo conseguimos el último día. Aparcar fuera del hotel es difícil, incluso lejos, la zona del cap de Salou es una zona pequeña, con solo unas cuantas calles. Hay muchas plazas reservadas para carga y descarga del resto de hoteles.
Lo mismo ocurre con el desayuno, el restaurante se satura y hay filas eternas. Tuvimos que optar por desayunar fuera del hotel aún teniendo el desayuno incluido.
No quiero imaginar cómo será en verano en temporada alta.
