Pros:

The slide facilities are good

Cons:

The pool is dangerously overcrowded and lifeguarding is inconsistent. There are more adults in the kids pool, than there are kids.

Dos días antes de irnos, en la piscina de niños pequeños encontramos cristales , se lo comunique a una chica socorrista Argentina y su respuesta fue no nos han informado que haya sucedido ningún incidente. Vamos que ni caso , 5 minutos más tarde un envase de patatas fritas de cartón, y le dije que vigilará más a los que andan con comida y ni caso. Parecía que no le importaba nada. TENGO QUE ACLARAR QUE FUE LA ÚNICA DE LOS SOCORRISTAS QUE LA VI CON ZERO ACTITUD DE TRABAJO Y AYUDAR. TODOS LOS DEMAS EXCELENTE TRATO Y TRABAJO. A LA QUE OTRO PADRE DE FAMILIA LES INFORMO DE LOS CRISTALES ENSEGUIDA CORRIERON. PARA TODOS LOS DEMAS UN 10. LO DICHO ESTA CHICA Argentina ,alta, de piel blanca y cabello medio rubio, si no tiene ganas de trabajar debería ,mirarse otra cosa por que si pasan cosas graves y no hace caso ... es un problema

Encantados !!! Muchas cosas para los niños y el tema playa tan cerca espectacular volveremos … un saludo y en especial a Marta de recepción por su amabilidad y la chica de la limpieza también muy atenta no recuerdo su nombre es morena con coleta.
y los chicas del miniclub también muy cariñosas se agradece.

El tema bebidas carísimas se pasan en el comedor.
Y también quería destacar que el personal de barras de abajo podría ser un poco más amables no solo con la gente de a fuera que se nota demasiado. Cuando los de aquí también somos clientes como todos y pagamos estancia bebidas etc …

Pros:

Lo mejor las instalaciones, tienen una piscina chula de toboganes para los niños aunque masificada de extranjeros en su gran mayoría que no sueltan la tumbona en todo el día. Luego una piscina más tranquila además de otra pequeña para los niños más pequeños y una interior calentita que está genial. Lo malo que está muy llena y el uso que se le da no debería ser de saltos y uso de pelotas en ella, así que no se puede disfrutar de los chorros relajantes ni el pequeño "spa". La playa es una cala que es muy cómoda porque se accede desde el hotel pero está muy sucia, nadie se encarga de quitar la basura que dejan en la playa y llega hasta el agua que a veces es un poco turbia.

Cons:

La comida deja mucho que desear... El buffet tiene muy poca variedad. Tiene cocina en vivo pero hacen prácticamente todos los días lo mismo. Lo mejor el desayuno. La limpieza de las habitaciones esta bien, sin embargo el pasillo que da a las habitaciones es una moqueta que ni las colillas de cigarros ni los palos de los helados recogen... Y tiene cuatro ascensores para un hotel tan grande, hay mucho tráfico de ascensores y a ciertas horas tardas mucho en subir o bajar

Un resort familiar fantastico.
Pros:

La Animacion y piscina infantil junto con una tematica muy buena y todo adaptado para una buenas vacaciones familiares.

Cons:

Poder tener la posibilidad de pagar un suplemento fijo aunq sea extra por las bebidas ya q el sistema del papelito no me gusto mucho.
