Waren 3 Tage dort.Hotel war super,sehr freundliches Personal,ganz netter Empfang haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Zimmer auch sehr sauber nix auszusetzen.

wunderbares Hotel im Herzen von Karlsbad
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann fußläufig alle Attraktionen von Karlsbad erreichen. In ein paar Minuten ist man mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und würden wieder buchen.

Hotel położony w znakomitej lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko. Mieliśmy apartament z dwoma sypialniami znajdujący się na ostatnim piętrze hotelu, w apartamencie było wszystko, znakomicie wyposażona kuchnia, widok z apartamentu na wszystkie strony Karlowych Warów, uważam że to była najlepsza lokalizacja jaka mogła być w Karlowych Warach. Parking bardzo wygodny, bliskość wszystkich atrakcji. Polecam ten apartament i hotel.

Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Da wir später angereist sind hat der freundliche Mitarbeiter extra auf uns gewartet.

Hotel Ontario worth a stay in Karlovy Vary!
Pros:

Incredibly helpful staff, Vasek was amazing to help me with a car issue, thank you Vasek! Breakfast was great, location easy to find, loved the hotel!

Cons:

We could not make a coffee in our room, this should be standard for such a lovely hotel. Also would be nice to have a bottle of drinking water in the room.
