Pros:

Super Hotel in einer top Lage. Freie Sicht über Karlsbad. Unser Zimmer war super sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.
Den Parkplatz hatten wir kostenlos. Es empfiehlt sich, diesen vor Anreise zu reservieren.
Alles in Allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Karlsbad kommen, werden wir wieder im Hotel Ontario einkehren.

Nel complesso un soggiorno positivo: posizione ottima, parcheggio privato, pulizia e personale corte
Pros:

La posizione è ottima e il parcheggio privato è un vero vantaggio. L’hotel è pulito e il personale è cortese. La colazione a buffet è soddisfacente.

Cons:

La stanza era molto spaziosa, ma alcune cose meriterebbero di essere rinnovate. L’armadio presente in camera era adatto a una sola persona e risultava un po’ insufficiente per due ospiti.
Considerando che l’hotel non dispone di un ristorante interno, mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più rispetto al semplice bollitore, ad esempio un piccolo frigobar. Lo spazio in camera sembrava comunque adatto per ospitarne uno.
L’assenza dell’aria condizionata non è stata un problema durante il mio soggiorno, essendo in autunno, ma potrebbe risultare penalizzante nei mesi estivi.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage und schöne, großzügige Zimmer – wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war top – sehr zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück war eher einfach, aber für einen Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten völlig in Ordnung. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, noch etwas mehr auf die Staubentfernung zu achten. Da ich eine Stauballergie habe, ist mir das besonders aufgefallen.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt!
Wir waren begeistert von diesem Hotel! Das Zimmer war wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet, das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Für uns war einfach alles perfekt – 100 von 100 Punkten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Díra v prostěradle v ubytování skoro za 4 tis za noc…? V popisu pokoje lednice žádná nebyla,ale jen chladnička na lahve.
Opravdu nic moc snídaně. Stačí,ale žádný zázrak.
