Pros:

Nádherný velký apartmán, který byl opravdu krásný s úžasným výhledem. Bylo zde vše potřebné. Snídaně byly výborné a dokonce každý den jiné, což není moc zvykem. Velkou výhodou je parkování zdarma přímo u hotelu. Lokalita je skvělá, sejdete malý kopeček a jste na hlavní kolonádě. Urcite se opět rádi vrátíme.

Pros:

Las habitaciones eran muy amplias y cómodas al igual que el baño ,el hotel dispone de todas las comodidades cercanas desde supermercados a restaurantes y spas cercanos,OJO!! Aparentemente hay una caminata muy larga y empinada pero hay un ascensor frente del hotel metido en un torreón que te deja prácticamente en la puerta

Номер отличный! Чистый! Большая кровать. И что-то маловажно для нас- подушки супер отличные! Своя парковка! Расположение тоже супер- просто спуститься с горочки и ты уже на главной улице!

Wunderbarer Ort zum abschalten.
Pros:

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Ontario Hotel – wir kommen wieder!

Schon bei der Ankunft wussten wir, dass wir uns hier wohlfühlen würden. Das Ontario Hotel liegt traumhaft ruhig oberhalb der Kolonnade – nur wenige Minuten mit dem Aufzug entfernt, der praktischerweise bis 23:00 Uhr fährt. Trotz der zentralen Lage genießt man hier absolute Ruhe, da das Hotel in der zweiten Reihe liegt. Nachts war es herrlich still – perfekt zum Abschalten.

Unser Zimmer mit Blick auf die wunderschöne Stadt Karlsbad war einfach traumhaft. Der kleine Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen wurde schnell zu unserem Lieblingsplatz. Bei bestem Wetter saßen wir dort und haben den Ausblick auf die Stadt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Zimmer selbst ist großzügig geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet trotz der komfortablen Ausstattung viel Bewegungsfreiheit. Besonders angenehm war auch der geräumige Eingangsbereich sowie das helle Badezimmer mit Tageslicht – alles wirkte durchdacht und sehr einladend. Im ganzen Hotel war es angenehm warm, was zusätzlich zum Wohlfühlfaktor beigetragen hat.

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Egal wann wir kamen – es war immer alles frisch, reichlich und liebevoll angerichtet. Von frischem Gemüse über Eier in verschiedenen Variationen, Würstchen, Käse- und Wurstspezialitäten bis hin zu Müsli, Marmeladen und frischem Gebäck war wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Man spürt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Das Küchenpersonal achtete stets aufmerksam darauf, dass alles nachgefüllt wurde.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt dem Team an der Rezeption: stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wie willkommen geheißen.

Für uns stimmt hier einfach alles – vor allem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist kaum zu übertreffen.
Wir möchten uns von Herzen beim gesamten Team und der Hotelleitung bedanken.

Großzügige Villa mitten im Geschehen
Pros:

Kleines aber feines und sehr gemütliches Hotel (13 Zimmer). Sehr sehr großzügige Zimmer mit guter behaglicher Ausstattung. Ideale Lage in beide Richtungen des Zentrums direkt über der Hauptkollonade. Mitten im Geschehen und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundliche Menschen hier! Frühstück übertraf meine Erwartungen. Große Auswahl und sehr guter Kaffee. Gerne jederzeit wieder!
