It's not my first time in Karlovy Vary and in Ontario- I would say: one of the best hotels there!! Stylish, luxurious, at the same time- not too big, located close to all attractions of the town, perfect for all those who cherish luxury and high standards plus don't like crowds. Spacious and beautiful apartment, super clean, big bathroom, delicious breakfasts- all that makes me come back there again and again!! Congratulations to the staff and all team who works hard for such an amazing quality of service!!

Alles perfekt. Parkplatz am Haus, große Zimmer, Ausblick sehr schön, die Lage zum Zentrum ideal. Runter kann man gemütlich gehen und rauf gibt's einen Aufzug von der Ortschaft aus.

Výborná poloha hotela na skok od kolonád a mesta, možnosť parkovania, príjemné uvítanie na recepcii, milé a ochotné obidve recepčné, ktoré sme počas pobytu stretli, príjemné raňajky, priestranné izby aj kúpeľňa

Cons:

Neznesiteľné teplo na izbe, druhú noc sme sa vôbec nevyspali (izby nie sú klimatizované - po vypýtaní, sme v 35stupňových horúčavách dostali aspoň ventilátor), odmeraný pán recepčný, ktorého sme mali možnosť stretnúť pri odchode z ubytovania, slabší prúd teplej vody v sprche, problémy so zásuvkami a televízia ktorá sa sama zapínala, starší nábytok

Danke für den sehr freundlichen Empfang in diesem charmanten Hotel mit toller Aussicht in zentraler Lage und Parkplatz am Haus. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, nur die Feineinstellung für Warmwasser erforderte etwas Geduld. Das Bett war bequem, mit angenehm harter Matratze. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, auch wenn leider nichts aufgefüllt wurde während unseres Aufenthalts.
Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

Hotel położony w zasadzie w samym centrum. Przechodzisz przez ulicę i jesteś na głównym deptaku. Dogodny dojazd samochodem, parking na miejscu. Widok z okna na całą dzielnicę. Przestronne, jasne pokoje, wszędzie bardzo czysto. Urozmaicone śniadania. Pobyt był wspaniały - przedłużyliśmy rezerwację o dodatkowe dwa dni.

Pros:

The hotel is right next to the pedestrian zone. You can park your car in the private parking lot next to the hotel. The old town center is within walking distance from anywhere. The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly. It’s a small hotel with about 13 rooms. So don’t expect a breakfast buffet with 12 different cereals and 24 different cheeses. But the selection is fine. The clientele is a bit older, so there are no screaming toddlers or whining children at the breakfast table.

Personally, I don't think there was anything that could be improved.
