Pros:

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt optimal. Mit dem Fahrstuhl gelangt man schnell zur Promenade. Äußerst positiv war die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit.

Cons:

Für uns war alles zufriedenstellend.

Pros:

Lokalita byla perfektní, jen pár schodů k Mlýnské kolonádě. Recepční byla velmi příjemná. Pokoj byl krásný, čistý a měl krásný výhled z balkonu. Snídaně byla výborná, jen by jsem ocenila větší výběr sladkého pečiva. Velmi jsme ocenili i parkování u hotelu zdarma to není v Karlových Varech běžné.

schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

netter Empfang
- tolle Lage, fußläufig nur wenige Meter zur Promenade und zu den Quellen
- ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet
- großes Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht auf das Stadtzentrum

Cons:

das Bad hätte gern etwas sauberer sein können; es ist geräumig, aber es fehlt dort an Leisten, um Handtücher zum trocknen aufzuhängen
- Frühstück gibt es bis 10.00 Uhr, das Buffet wird dann abgeräumt (ist ok);
es ist nicht erlaubt, noch sitzen zu bleiben - wir wurden genau 10.00 Uhr gebeten, den Frühstücksraum zu verlassen und sind mit unserem Kaffee einen Raum weitergezogen. Das kannten wir so bisher nicht.

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή καθὼς βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης. Υπάρχει πανοραμική θέα από το δωμάτιο. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό και υπήρχαν πάρα πολλές επιλογές. Επίσης ότι δοκιμάσαμε ήταν φρέσκο και σπιτικό. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευχάριστο και ευγενικό.
