Не первый раз пользуемся услугами отеля. Все оперативно и четко. Близость к Шереметьево. Жили с двумя лабрадорами - летели на выставку. Отношение к животным хорошее. Рекомендую отель.

I stayed there for couple of jours only, but the hotel is not nice at all and it is located quite far from the terminals D, E and F, especially if you go there during the rush hours. The lady at the reception was super nice and this makes me still feel good about my stay.

Stayed here as it was close to the airport but reasonably priced. Staff were accommodating and helped me with breakfast and taxi etc. Was a bit far from anything, nearest shops were a bit of a walk (apart from the little shop across the road. Was pretty good though and looks exactly like pictures.

ホテル自体は小さいのですが、スタッフの方の親切な対応や優しさには感激しました。英語はそこそこ通じました。バス停も近く、アクセスも楽チンです‼️

Not a big building, but nice one. Inside is a different story. Walls in the room are not clean, mildew on the walls inside of the shower cabin. Dirty carpet. Dust on the telephone, other electric devices. The problem is not that they don't clean, carpet has to be changed. Walls in the bathroom probably could be cleaned better, but seems with everything going on in the room, maybe they don't even want to bother with that.
Worst part is the internet connection. It practically doesn't exist, but they will reassure you that it works and will tell you to restart your device, just keep restarting. Not the employees, but the owners need to realize, that things have to be changed in order to have a place, where people would want to go back. Even the price of 22$ per night doesn't cut it.

is a nice quite hotel near SVO airport with free shuttle bus, but better to call early for airport pick up. room is clean and nice for the price. very suitable for a layover. staff were very friendly and helpful and can speak some english which were very convenient

Отличный вариант для ночевки перед вылетом из аэропорта Шереметьево: очень удобное месторасположение, удобный съезд с Ленинградского шоссе, 10 минут (если без пробок) езды до аэропорта, уютный чистый номер, хороший завтрак. Единственный недостаток-это отсутствие горячей воды утром! В следующий раз обязательно остановимся в этом отеле!

Our stay was good.

Очень плохая информация о расположении отеля, в номерах отсутствует вентиляция,в отеле отсутствует кухня,сотрудник отеля "забыл сообщить о том что в номере не открываются окна,качество обслуживания оставляет желать лучшего (приходилось призывать сотрудника отеля к выполнению своих обязанностей.

Finaly need to call hotel and wait 30 mn to get a taxi pick up and need 20 mn to drive
was suppose to be nearby the airport and save time for early morning flight
But taxi return to airport the following day need to be pais ay 800 RUB

If you add hotel room + Break fast not included + taxi back, it much better to book another hotel, just 5 mn from terminal. It should be cheaper, more convenient and save time.
TV image reception was poor quality, suc as there was no TV arial !!!

Hotel is geschikt voor 1 nacht. Ramen kunnen niet open; alleen natuurlijke ventilatieschacht. Kamer ruikt muf. Bedden werden niet opgemaakt. Gratis ontbijt is niet gratis, tenzij je er bij de boeking al voor betaald hebt. Slecht Engels sprekende host.
