Very misleading to advertise as a 3 star hotel

Cons:

This property did not meet my expectations for a hotel. There were no reception staff, and basic amenities such as a hair dryer and TV remote were missing from the room. Communication was only available via a web chat service, but my requests received no response.

The room had very poor soundproofing, with thin walls and doors making it easy to hear other guests moving around and talking. There was also an unpainted patch on the wall where something appeared to have been removed, which made the room feel poorly maintained.

Overall, the accommodation was very basic and felt much more like a hostel than a 3 star hotel. Considering the price, I expected a higher standard of accommodation. It was not inexpensive enough for such a basic offering to be acceptable.

Did the job
Pros:

The room was very decent and the check in process was very smooth. The location of the hotel was also great with many nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall it was a good visit oi a budget hotel with a decent shared bathroom.

Cons:

The room had on one proper-sized pillow and one small half-ish? sized one. I initially messaged the property on booking.com to ask if they had any spare, in which they didn't respond. When I rang up they informed me they had no spare and there was nothing to be done, I felt I was met with a bit of a blunt 'can't help you' attitude :).

Vi fik ikke det værelse, vi havde bestilt, og det var samtidig i dårlig stand.
Pros:

Beliggenheden var god, og lå tæt på byen. Det var let at komme frem og tilbage, og der er massere af caféer/restauranter i nærheden.

Cons:

Vi havde ikke fået et værelse med haveudsigt som vi havde bestilt, og først fik vi et værelse med en enkelt seng og én dyne. Værelset vi fik i stedet for lignede slet ikke det på billederne. Der var skimmelsvamp i vinduerne og pletter på gulvtæppet. Gulvet knagede også. Derudover manglede vi stadig haveudsigten.

Vi er noget utilfredse med at vi ikke havde fået det vi havde bestilt. Da vi ankom sent havde vi ikke mulighed for andet.

Pros:

Jeg ku lide at værelset var stort og at der var plads til os alle.
Der var en der skiftede skraldespanden hver dag.

Cons:

At det ikke var tydeligt, at der ikke er en elevator. Og at vi fik tredje etage. Når vi har to børn med og kufferter og klapvogn. Det var ikke sjovt at bære dem op og ned.
Der var også en alene mor med baby, som vi var nød til at hjælpe med kuffert. Hun boede også i 3. Sal.
Havde vi været placeret på 1. Sal eller stuen ville det havde været bedre.
Toilettet lugtede.

Cons:

Silberfische im Bett. Kein Bad, sondern eine Naßzelle mit stinkendem Abfluss. Baustelle im Hotel, nachts dröhnende Generatoren irgendwo im Gebäude.

No es lo que ofrecen en las fotografías. Falta ascensor que está escrito al final de la descripción.
Pros:

La cama cómoda y limpia. La ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

El baño incómodo, no es lo que mostraban en las fotografías. La alfombra de la habitación sucia.
Cambian la toalla todos los días y no hacen nada más. Un solo día de los 4 me arreglaron la cama. No hay gente que atienda y no hay lugar para esperar en el hotel.
