Es un alojamiento muy central, cuentan con transporte sin costo, desayuno y cena muy ricos.
La atención en la recepción, poca amabilidad y nunca contestan el teléfono y tampoco gestionan las solicitudes.
El servicio por parte del personal en la recepción fue decepcionante:
1. No ubicó a los huespedes en la habitación
2. No hubo orientación sobre el uso del aire acondicionado
3.Fue tardió el proceso de ingreso administrativo

Me encantó el traslado aeropuerto hotel que incluyen y sale constantemente. Que está muy cerca del CC nuestro Bogotá y tiene además muchos restaurantes, tiendas y farmacias cercanas.
Que el restaurante y bar cierran a las 10pm

The breakfast was very basic. Coffee was horrible, which is a shame given that Colombia has some best coffee in the world.
