The waiters were unhelpful and didn't attend to us properly. They forgot to take our order, set the table with all the necessary utensils, and never even brought us cutlery or napkins; we had to go get them ourselves. And when they finally took our order, they brought the wrong one. Given the time and the delay in preparation, we had to accept it. Very poor service.

El servicio es excelente. El transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto es muy conveniente. La comida es deliciosa y abundante en el desayuno. Te guardan las maletas luego de hacer el check out: una colaboración que valoro mucho.
