Misleading exchange rate and multiple room issues made this stay very disappointing.

Cons:

Be careful with the pricing if you book this hotel in dollars. On the day of my stay, the official exchange rate (TRM) was 3,650 Colombian pesos, but the hotel charged me a rate of 4,000. Because of this, the advertised price was misleading and I ended up paying significantly more than expected. If you plan to stay here, I strongly recommend booking in Colombian pesos; otherwise you may be charged an excessive amount when converting the dollars you booked.
The room also had several maintenance issues. Although it looked superficially clean, there was a large puddle of water covering a significant part of the bathroom floor, making it difficult to walk inside. The bathroom is also the open closet area, so this water prevented access to both the shelves and the bathroom space.
Additionally, the sink had a separate leak that caused water to drip constantly, which was unrelated to the puddle already on the floor. These two problems appeared to be independent maintenance issues.
There were also visible signs of deterioration in the room: pieces of the ceiling were breaking and there were holes in it. The TV did not work properly. There was a constant engine-like noise coming from the bathroom area (which has no door), making it very difficult to rest at night. The shower also lacked even a small shelf to place toiletries, which is a basic amenity in most hotels.
Breakfast was disappointing (around 4/10). The food was cold, did not seem fresh, and lacked flavor.
Overall, between the misleading exchange rate, the maintenance problems in the room, and the low quality breakfast, the stay did not meet reasonable expectations.

Praktisch in der Nähe des Flughafens
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen, ich habe aber eigentlich kaum etwas vom Fluglärm mitbekommen.
Der kostenfreie stündliche Shuttleservice vom und zum Flughafen war sehr angenehm.
Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und das grosse Bett sehr bequem.
Das Personal am Empfang hat auch Englisch gesprochen und mir bei Fragen gute Auskünfte gegeben.
Der Security Service an der Tür war auch sehr freundlich. Die Gegend um das Hotel sieht auch sicher aus.
Praktisch war das grosse Einkaufszentrum direkt um die Ecke. Es gibt ausserdem kleinere Supermärkte gegenüber vom Hotel.
Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und gut.

Cons:

Das Abendessen im Restaurant des Hotels war ok, aber nicht überragend. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich.
Die Fenster im Zimmer lassen sich nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage kann nicht abgestellt werden bzw. kann nur grob die Temperatur eingestellt werden ohne weitere Optionen.
Aber insgesamt es ein guter Aufenthalt. Ich würde dort wieder übernachten.
