מיקום מושלם בקרנסקה גורה. חניה נוחה מאד זמינה.
חדרים גדולים. נעימים. פונקציונלים, נקיים ונוחים.
נוף נהדר למדרונות הסקי.
צוות שירותי שעוזר ופותר כל בעיה.
ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת.
אפשרות להשתמש בבריכת השחיה נעימה של מלון רמדה הסמוך.

אין מזגן. היינו בגל חום. נציין את הבחורה בקבלה שעזרה והביאה מאוורר.
תאורת לילה אינה מאפשרת לקרוא.
הרהיטים מיושנים. עיצוב ישן. גם בפנים וגם בחוץ.
