A nice stay
Pros:

Great location and very pleasant staff. There's a nice play area in the hotel as well as a good spa.

Cons:

The room (deemed deluxe) was not what we expected. The bathroom floors were ice cold, which was particularly unpleasant for our children, the bathroom doors were missing a frame, there were no bathroom amenities provided (except for a half empty bottle of shampoo and soap). We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and they were rather basic.

Great location and staff, but disappointing breakfast.
Pros:

Parking was available and very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well located directly on the ski slope, which makes it very easy to access the lifts and enjoy skiing.

Cons:

The only downside was the breakfast. Even though it starts at 7:00, by 7:30 most of the food was already cold, which was disappointing.

Kayak sezonunda aile ile keyifli bir konaklama için ideal seçim.
Pros:

Kahvaltı çok iyi, Kayak pistine doğrudan bağlantı olanağı çok iyi. Otopark yeterli. SPA oldukça iyi.

Cons:

Otelin "Sürdürülebilirlik sertifikası" olduğu için odada buzdolabı, kahve makinası, bornoz terlik vb. ihtiyaç malzemeleri bulunmuyordu. Buna rağmen en azından duvarlarda asılı bir resim olabilirdi.

Pros:

The location is perfect, on the ski lane, 5min to city center. There is enough parking space. Rooms are good, even though it would be good to have at least a cutler or a small coffee machine.

Cons:

It is obvious that budget renovation was the main goal. Spa center is big, but it is too cold inside. Breakfast also could be tastier. Stuff also can give a smile to the guest - we came in and the guy on reception was so serious and brief in answers like we are in some public institution...We some minor improvement they could get more satisfied guests and finally guests we higher budget to spend there.

Good for a short stay
