Pros:

Sichere Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants und Shopping, sehr gutes Frühstück und tolles Bad.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer im 2. Stock bekommen, der Gang befindet sich direkt über dee Lobby und man konnte jedes Gespräch und die Musik hören. Wir mussten 2 mal darum bitten, diese leiser zu machen.
Der Teppichboden im Zimmer wirkt wirklich alt, ein Tausch gegen eine abwaschbare Oberfläche wäre ratsam.
Es gab eine Anleitung für einen Zimmersafe, dieser fehlte aber.

Que hubo un dia no dejaron jabon para bañarse y antes habia una señora que llegaba a cerrar las cortina y nos daba chocolate y daba las buenas noches
Otro tema fue el restaurante no habia en la tarde noche

Pros:

Ottima la posizione,una colazione abbondante e buonissima,personale gentile e disponibile tutto molto pulito..abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio trasfert da e per l’aeroporto con un driver molto preparato che ci ha pure fatto da guida a Bogotà ..servizio eccellente!!

Chuveiro excelente. Quarto espaçoso.

Cons:

Carpete no quarto, muito ruim. Alergia. E ambiente muito perfumado. Café pode ser melhor. O ambiente é bonito e espaçoso ,mas o Café fica no canto apertado e não é bom. Pães parece velhos . Café em chaleira.

Todo increíble, desde la ubicación, el personal, la limpieza, el desayuno, todo estuvo excelente.

Not a four star hotel.
Pros:

The restaurant staff were great. Very attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast was also brilliant - lots of lovely, fresh fruit - different options everyday. The neighbourhood felt safe which was important to me as a solo female traveller. Housekeeping were also great - my room was cleaned to impeccable standard daily. The staff in general were lovely - they were patient with my terrible Spanish and made sure I had everything I needed.

Cons:

I was told they would try and accommodate an early check in, but when I arrived at 6am, they said they had availability but that I would have to pay for a whole extra night. If I had known this in advance when I made the enquiry (a week in earlier) I could have explored other options. Being lumped with no choice but to pay after a 24 hour journey wasn't a great start.

The rooms are clean but very tired. The carpet was very stained which isn't really what you'd expect from a four star hotel. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the wifi was very unreliable which made planning my daily activities difficult. My room was overlooking a very busy street and the noise was unbelieveable throughout the night so I didn't sleep much.
