Overall experience was moderate for the price Vivanta charged. Underwhelming.
Pros:

Only the location was good.

Cons:

The restaurant and food service is painstakingly slow and overpriced.
The people manning the tables seem to be under experienced with no clue of what it means to offer 5 star services. I would rate the restaurant 3 Star

Pros:

Superb rooms with great facilities overall throughout the hotel. Good location. Very quick and easy check in and check out process.

Cons:

Description of food was different in the menu from what I got delivered to my room. Food was very good inspite of this.
