Clean and tidy albeit tired. Facilities were good, shame it was windy as couldn't use outdoor restaurant. Gym Facilities were great. Food was great.

Cons:

Attention to detail, restaurant staff looking but not seeing, table settings haphazard. Always asking for a glass or napkins, had 2 forks and no spoon at dinner 1 night. Arranged in person at reception 2 days prior for car to drop off to Ooty and on check out hadn't been Arranged. They hastily sourced one half an hour later.

Bed was comfortable. Staff were good.

Cons:

General cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. Breakfast spread and service. Old linen in the rooms. Tiles broken inside the pool

very memorable stay
Pros:

Very good property. Very well maintained as per the Taj Brand standard. Very good hospitality of the staff and very timely service

Cons:

There was some co-ordination and communication gap at the time of check out but the same was sorted out

Coffee shop needs a major overhaul in terms of decor and quality of food.
Pros:

.room was a decent size.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good at all. This is the south of India... serving bad idlis is just not ok. Staff were new and had not been trained properly. The coffee shop needs an overhaul the counters were in bad need of renovation

Warm Hospitality

We were warm received the porch team and luggage’s were tagged sent to the reception

We were escorted to the room swiftly and oriented to the facilities and recommendations on dining facilities

The room was well appointed, crisp linen, good quality bath amenities, well stocked mini bar and tea/coffee kettle
Good view of the city and relaxing
Dining at the coffee was an experience with chef taking the order and full heartedly serving 😍
I used the Spa wet area and the swimming pool - well maintained 👍
The breakfast was out standing, every dish you could think off is being served with grace. 👌Delighted to see Hotel executives and the GM of the hotel at the dining room,
Ensuring every guest is personally taken care, super engagement 🙌
The billing was perfect on departure and the front desk team ensured , we left very happy and got a “come back feel “
The ambience is out standing at the prone location on Race Course Road. Very well run hotel
