Everything was very dirty, staff was not service oriented.

Carpet worn out and smelly not well maintained .. toilet heath faucet was not working properly and very uncomfortable..Breakfast was below average both taste and varieties extra bed and the mattress provided were not of quality standards , not valued for money

I, along with my uncle had the worst experience in Taj Vivanta, Coimbatore. In which the security guy forced me to scan my bag on not agreeing to him, he told me what about the safety of others, like I was a prominent threat. When I was staying in the hotel since past 3 nights, they had my company details and my GST details. Then the front duty manager told me, I can check out if I wanted to at 11-11.30 pm in the night. Following which they called the GM but GM was least bothered, He said he will talk in the morning.
Mr.Ansari, who was in charge the next day under the guidance of GM met with us and told us they will take actions and gave an assurance which really helped us. Later he said they will make sure we get an apology call, but it’s been 3 days we haven’t received any call.
I am saddened by the fact that Taj hospitality has managed to employee such people, who are least bothered about their guests and hold no responsibility for the same.
I hope no one has to face any kind of trouble where they are not welcomed and are insulted by the management themselves. I hope my message reaches the masses for this.

Thoroughly disappointed by this kind of crass behaviour especially from a renowned name like Taj. I hope there’s strict action taken against this kind of behaviour.
Food was excellent. Staff were good. Stay was comfortable
Bathroom needs big improvement. For a superior room the bathroom seems to be terribly small.
The stay was comfortable. Rooms are well maintained with good linen. The disappointment was the dinner buffet as vegetarian dishes were less. Breakfast was good and service was fast. They were approaching guests for feedback. Another thing I disliked was at the parking area, the board, parking "at your own risk". Why not provide the guests a safe car parking in a Taj hotel?
