特になし。
予約時に喫煙室が選択可能だったが、実際にはホテルに喫煙室は無く、2Fにあるテラスでの喫煙を余儀なくされた。
領収書の発行も「Booking.com経由ではホテルでの発行はできないからメールで送る」と言われたが、非常に対応が遅く、何回か催促してようやく発行された。
I had a wonderful stay at Vivanta Coimbatore. The service was excellent throughout, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience and would definitely return to the hotel in the future.

Restaurant very good & a nice spa with sauna & steam room, large opening hours 8am to 8pm!
Slightly expensive for Coimbatore but ok.
nothing the property is old and need refurbishment . TV docent work / phone dosent work and lights were not working and had to request repeatedly.

I have been a continuous customer at this property but this time the stay is very . the property need to refurbish and management is very bad.
food was not good at all I had dinner 2 days and not tasty .
restaurant service is very bad no ice plates for bfast and no table setting done.

Nothing really…. If they could shampoo the carpets in the halls and fix the missing tile in the pool… that would be nice and would update the property.
