Updations are required in room utilities
The check-in counters can be faster and even 2/3 counters are there only one is operational.Atleast at rush times many counters should be helping people for checkin and checkout. Many times server is very slow. As a leading brand you need to address the customer experience in all areas including time lags
We had a great stay here in Vivanta. The staff were very professional, accommodating, and helpful. Especially to Chef Durga, thank you so much for your great food and service at redpearl, we super love the food 💕.

Vivanta Coimbatore is one of those hotels that truly feels like a home away from home. While the property is a bit old, it is well maintained and the service is exceptional, living up to the high standards of the Taj group.
The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread and overall food quality are outstanding, making every meal enjoyable.
A special mention to Mr. Naveen (Property Manager) and Mr. Yugeshwaran for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay.
Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent service that keeps us coming back whenever we're in Coimbatore.

Carpet worn out and smelly not well maintained .. toilet heath faucet was not working properly and very uncomfortable..Breakfast was below average both taste and varieties extra bed and the mattress provided were not of quality standards , not valued for money
