Excellent Location plus it’s a Taj managed property.

Cons:

It’s due for a renovation. Facilities are old compared to the newer hotels now the market. Service is good but can be better. They seem to short staffed. Orders made at restaurants do take a long time to come.

Location and staffs behave was very good and some facility also amazing

Cons:

But they provide the room was very conjusted and toilet is not clean and bas smell is very high..my family was unhappy to stay there room no 701...toilet was very bad bad bad...but rest of the thing good and staff also..but i never suggest my partners and my family & freinds..not worth at this price and never taste the food if its compliment u will regret..take my word

Overall it was a good experience but not exceptional as one would.expect from the brand name Taj..some points what we noticed was...facilities within the bathroom...like sanitary diaposal kit not availabe; a hand soap wothouat a soap tray...so we didnt know where to keep after opening it. No kids play area. (we were stuck in Coimbatore because of the TN elections) and we didnt have any thing indoor to do. Spa was fully booked...it didnt have any slots.
Rooms can need a rewamping as i found them little old.
Long waiting time for food in dining area was also little sad.
But staffs were helpful in every means. They were friendly too.
