Estuvimos tres noches en Bogotá para asistir al Festival Cordillera. Elegimos esta zona porque queríamos conocer un poco
Pros:

Tuvimos una estadía excepcional en el B.O.G. Hotel. Es un hotel supremamente cómodo, moderno, bonito y con una ubicación excelente.

Resaltamos especialmente la comodidad y esos pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia y que uno no siempre espera encontrar: las galletitas en la habitación, la atención personalizada y el cuidado que tienen durante toda la estadía.

El desayuno es espectacular, muy completo y variado, con opciones preparadas al gusto. La comida en general es deliciosa y el servicio es excelente; todo el personal fue muy amable y atento.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y agradables, y realmente se siente que cada detalle está pensado para que uno disfrute y descanse.

Nos sentimos muy bien atendidas de principio a fin. Fue una estadía muy agradable y definitivamente es un hotel al que volveríamos.

Good location, but be aware from the hidden charges
Pros:

The location was great, close to the restaurants and mall

Cons:

- English speaking staff was very challenging to find
- the hotel added extra charges that I wan not aware at the time of booking, such as mandatory hotel insurance and premium package. I asked to remove these charges and they refused and said it’s mandatory. Also, while checking out they have asked me to pay for room service that I have already paid in cash with tip!!. When I informed the reception they called in front of me the staff that delivered the food and she denied receiving any cash payment. I informed the receptionist that this is not acceptable and they can check the cameras and see that I paid cash. Then the staff said don’t worry we will handle it internally

A comfortable, well-located stay with friendly staff, great breakfast, and a clean, well-kept room.
Pros:

Nice hotel in central Bogotá — a 10-minute walk to the downtown area with all the shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly, breakfast was very good, and the room was clean and in good condition.

We had a wonderful stay- lovely breakfast, great shower, great facilities. Near the centre. Great service from staff.
Pros:

L’emplacement était magnifique, l’hôtel est beau et bien entretenu

Cons:

Je dois dire que le personnel n’est pas très serviable par exemple nous avons été dans la piscine on voulait boire un cocktail ou quelque chose et personne est venu nous servir. Nous avons aussi après passer devant la réception le réceptionniste était là mais il n’a même pas levé la tête pour dire bonsoir. Par contre au petit déjeuner la fille qui nous a servi. Dommage j’ai oublié son nom mais elle elle était très gentille. Encore une fois je regrette l’absence des brosses des toilettes dans les toilettes.

Brilliant location and friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Adolfo served us breakfast every morning and was so helpful. Our room was spacious and kept clean. The rooftop pool was great and had amazing views from the pool and bar.

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault but the pool was closed for some of our stay due to poor weather.
