Front desk was very friendly. The café was awesome and the personnel was very friendly. I think her name was Beth.

We recently held a celebration of life for my husband and were so impressed with the banquet facilities at Courtyard Salt River.

Maryanne in sales was amazing to work with and helped us every step of the way, from choosing the space and coordinating details, to selecting food options that worked well for our guests.

When we arrived, the event room was perfect! It was spacious and beautiful! The AV set up was ready and we were able to easily run a photo slide show, which meant a lot to our family.

The customer service was outstanding! Mikayla, Zsuzanna & Lisa were all wonderful! They were friendly, attentive and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Great food, a lovely banquet space , and kind, professional service throughout! We will definitely keep your beautiful facility in mind for future gatherings. It was an exceptional experience!

The area was nice and quiet. The room and facilities were comfortable and met friendly people.

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott Scottsdale Salt River was absolutely wonderful. The location could not have been better—perfectly situated near shopping, dining, and many local attractions, making it incredibly convenient to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

The hotel was impressively clean and well maintained throughout our stay. From the rooms to the common areas, cleanliness was clearly a top priority and it made us feel very comfortable.

We booked two rooms and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request for connecting rooms, which made traveling with our family so much easier. The customer service across the board was outstanding—front desk staff, dining team, and housekeeping were all friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

The atmosphere of the hotel is warm, cozy, and inviting. Both our teens and the adults truly enjoyed the stay. It felt like a place where families are genuinely welcome.

Everything we needed was conveniently available on-site, including a small market, ice machines, laundry room, gym, and dining options. The amenities were excellent and added to the overall comfort and ease of our stay.

A special shoutout goes to Analize, who has the most welcoming smile and exceptional customer service. Her positive attitude and kind manners brightened every single morning for our entire family. Another heartfelt thank you to Patricia G. from housekeeping, who greeted us each morning with a warm smile and wished us a wonderful day—those small gestures truly made our stay feel personal and special.

We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Courtyard by Marriott Scottsdale Salt River to anyone visiting the area.

Centrally located close to the freeway and Scottsdale, the hotel is in a great location. Was here a few years ago and the newly redecorate rooms with hardwood floors are fantastic as you can see Jasper diamond in the elf is enjoying his stay.

Kristina R was particularly memorable. I was in need of transportation to my work site since Ubers were not responding and she was kind enough to arrange transportation with internal staff; a practice that isn’t standard as there is no transportation service offered through Courtyard.

This act of service is just one example many I experience while staying at this Marriott property.

I recommend this Courtyard for its service first consistency, cleanliness, and people.

As a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member, I spend more time in Marriott properties than I do in my own home. Not only have I stayed in countless Courtyard properties across the country, but I have come to expertly understand what to expect during a stay. I must say that the Courtyard by Marriott Scottsdale Salt River is probably my favorite Courtyard in the country, for so many reasons. First and foremost, they have dedicated parking spots for Titanium and Ambassador Elite members (I have never seen this before, and I love it). Upon entering the property, and throughout my stay, I was incredibly impressed with every single staff member I encountered - from the front desk, to the bistro, to the pool, to housekeeping. Everyone had a smile on their face, was incredibly friendly, and made me feel like I was at home! I was upgraded to a suite without even asking, and the room and property in general was very well maintained. I appreciated that the bistro was open ALL DAY (even for lunch), had great menu items, AND also had a shared restaurant with the neighboring Residence Inn. In particular, I really appreciated Beth, Analiza, Nelius, and Chef Vanshita at the bistro - I felt like we were all friends based on how well they took care of me. I also appreciated, and was very impressed with, the property's ability to bring the culture of the local Salt River Pima–Maricopa Indian Community to the property, especially through its artwork. When I return to Phoenix, I am 100% returning to this property!

My favorite Marriott family hotel for 2025! Staff are exceptionally kind and professional. Room was squeaky clean and that is not always the case with a lot of hotels. I have stayed a lot of Marriott chain hotels in the past year but i was blown away by how great this one was in every way. Also loved seeing the manager having staff meeting in lobby giving out praise to staff - so touching and warm. Everyone really seems to care about their guests. Will stay jhre again for sure😎

My third year in a row staying here for our Thanksgiving family gathering. The friendly staff makes me feel at home.

Special thanks to Beth, whose smiling face started every morning off on the right foot.

We had great customer service from Mary, Holden, Brooklyn, Heaven. And the dining and cleaning staff were also pleasant and helpful. Loved the saltwater pool and hot tub. Beautiful grounds with firepits. Towels by the pool. Coffee and fruit-infused water in the lobby as well as a big TV screen where we watched a football game.

We had read very positive reviews about this hotel; it exceeded our expectations.
We spent two pleasant nights at this Courtyard hotel, which shares a lovely pool area with its sister hotel next door, the Residence Inn. It has both a large pool and hot tub, both of which are nicely heated. There are plenty of shade trees, lounge chairs, and restrooms in the pool area making for a very enjoyable way to spend several hours relaxing outdoors. Our comfortable room provided a good night’s sleep. The hotel was spotless, and had a friendly, helpful staff. There are plenty of eating places in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

The drive here from Sedona was one of the worst I’ve ever made. It is very hilly with large semi-trucks barreling down those hills behind you at speeds far exceeding the posted limit, so that we spent the drive trying to stay out of their way to keep from being hit.

Kristina made sure to make our stay extra special! The staff was very friendly and hotel was very well kept and clean. Nelius at the Starbucks downstairs was also super friendly and kind! We loved our stay
