Courtyard by Marriott Scottsdale Salt River

Hotel is of good quality. Location for us was good which was near the Talking Stick Casino, Northern Arizona (where we traveled one day) and Scottsdale. The cafeteria staff was very friendly and food was good however it does cost per meal.

What a wonderful experience provided by Joey in the Bistro and Chef Troy! After a very long road trip, she welcomed our family with smiles, laughs, and amazing customer service, bringing lots of smiles to our children, and helping us feel right at home.

The food was delicious, and definitely exceeded our expectations!

Not that I was skeptical, but the reviews sounded a little too good to be true. Wow!! This property deserves all the high praise it receives! We travel quite a bit, and this certainly is the best Courtyard we have ever stayed in…and it’s not even close. Not only are the rooms in great condition, but the property (landscaping, common areas and specifically the beautiful pool) are extraordinarily well maintained.

As others have called out, the staff members at this hotel are special. I mean really special. Everyone was eager to help and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. A specific thank you to Kristina and Alexa at the front, and Joey and Chef Brian at the bistro. We were celebrating a special wedding anniversary while in town and they went out of their way to make our stay amazing!! In fact, we’re planning to return again next year.

I almost hate for everyone to know how great this place is, but when customer service is this good, you want people to know. Thank you, Courtyard Salt River!!

Beth and Analita are the friendliest and best in the business. Each morning they greeted me with a smile and were very kind. A great way to start the day.

Alexia did a fantastic job we were moved into a different location and she did a great job of assisting us as well as the other staff was very friendly and the entire hotel was kept clean and fresh

I have stayed at this location many times during my weekend stays. We were able to come to the bistro for breakfast and dinner every single day over the weekend. I want to recognize Joey, Chef Brian, Beth, Analiza, Holden, and Lauren for the great service and outstanding food quality we experienced here. This is the best Marriott bistro we have been to in our over 30 years of vacationing and staying at Marriott Courtyard Hotels.

We always stay at Marriott hotels. They are always extremely clean , quiet and then staff is always super accommodating. Another wonderful experience - this time at the Scottsdale Salt River Courtyard Inn The bartender /barista named Annaliza was especially lovely. Thank you

From the moment we walked in the staff was very nice. Our room wasn’t ready and they bent over backwards to accommodate us while we waited, even though it was only about 15 minutes that we had to wait. Joey in the restaurant came up to us with a huge smile, offered the kids warm cookies and was very kind. When we came back after dinner to the bar, she was still there with the same big smile. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. There obviously something being done well with management because the entire staff was welcoming and kind, pool was perfect temp to want to get in and swim, property well taken care of. Great way to start our vacation!

Kristina and Margarita are amazing! I ordered breakfast in the lobby on Thursday. I used the restroom and dropped my ID without realizing it. I came back to the lobby on Friday and Kristin and Margarita were wonderful! They told me they had attempted to locate me thinking I was a guest. They were both so gracious and sweet. I can tell they have great customer service skills. Thank you again!

The Bistro in this hotel serves quality, nutritious food with incredible service. Joey was so gracious and hospitable. Very relaxed atmosphere too with live music during the dinner hour.

experience was fantastic. amazing food, quick service and very friendly staff. I was served by Joey most nights and she was amazing. Chef Corey made phenomenal food. I would suggest this to anyone staying at this hotel or looking for food in nearby locations!

Service from Brooklyn at the front desk was outstanding. I have stayed over 300 nights at Marriotts and she was the best.

Clean, comfortable, great staff, beautiful grounds, nice pool, great location near restaurants, attractions, highways, shopping.

Visited the Courtyard Bistro for dinner! Joey took our orders and served us and she was friendly and so amazing!! Food by Brian was also amazing—both loved our meals.
10/10 recommend…we will for sure be back again during our stay here!! 🥰
