We booked the Grand Suite but were given a different, smaller room. I let the front desk personnel know and we were moved immediately.
The king bed in the suite was really bad. It sagged deeply in the middle and we folded into the uncomfortable middle as we slept each night. Not one good night of sleep for me.
The television never worked. It never connected to the internet and we never were able to correct it even with help from staff. The internet was intermittent at best.
The kitchen had 2 glass cups and nothing more. I would have expected plates, utensils, coffee maker, and paper towels.
The location is very good.
Staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was basic.
Good value for the price but I will likely pay a higher price for a more comfortable stay on our next trip.

The price is one of the most affordable in the area. There is a big Argentinian community at the Hotel. As a asian person, I feel that they look down on me and they pay less attention to my request.
The area is walkable to anywhere in Chapinero area. Very convenient place.
