Un Hotel muy clasico
Pros:

El Hotel es muy bonito y de estilo clásico lo cual nos gusto, una habitación super cómoda, un baño excelente, el desayuno estuvo muy muy bien

Cons:

el recorrido que hay que hacer desde el sotano donde se guarda el carro a la recepcion es muy enredado y ademas toca subir escaleras con maletas, bueno yo no viajo seguido a esta ciudad asi que no sera algo de lo que deba preocuparme a futuro

Una estancia agradable
Pros:

El personal del hotel y del restaurante fue muy amable. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama muy cómoda. La ubicación es excelente. Nos encantaron todos los platos que probamos en el restaurante del hotel.

Cons:

La caja fuerte no funcionaba. El desayuno tenia pocas opciones.

Une nuit à bucaramanga
Pros:

Grand établissement moderne. Très propre. Notre chambre était jolie et spacieuse.
Nous n'avons pas visité la ville, juste de passage mais l'hôtelest bien situé. .
Le personnel est aimable et serviable .

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est décevant. Il n'y avait pas grand chose. Il a fallu réclamer un peu de beurre et de confiture. Le petit-déjeuner n'a pas été au même niveau que les prestations de l'hôtel.

La pasamos muy bien y nos sentimos seguro durante l estadia
