Der Lack ist ab - altes Grand Hotel mit unmotivierten Personal

Schönes Kolonialhotel im Zentrum von Buga. Viel altes Flair mit großem Pool.

Cons:

Fast unfreundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption -man ließ uns ewig wegen interner Abstimmungen warten. Das Frúhstück und das Hotelessen waren unterdurchschnittlich , das Personal unmotiviert, der Kaffee schlecht. Eine Schande in Kolumbien. Leider war auch das Wasser im Pool unangenehm beißend - da stimmte die Chemie nicht - zu guter letzt lief in der Nähe unseres Zimmers die ganze Nacht ein lauter Ventilator, so daß unsere Nachtruhe deutlich gestört war.

Sadly, a wonderful hotel that has run down and the administration has not bothered to keep it iup
Pros:

It was a wonderful hotel but it is run down, food is not that good and although some employees are nice, others are very rude. It was a very busy weekend and very few employees. The hotel is very expensive for what if offered.

Cons:

Booking no permite hacer cambios en la reserva, a ultima hora no fue posible que viajara alguien de mi grupo familiar y no fue posible cambiar la reserva ni que me otorgaran algún descuento por ello.

Agradable y reparadora
Pros:

la comida en general muy rica. El desayuno abundante y variado. la carta de alimentos muy variada y los precios me parecen acordes a la calidad.

Cons:

Los meseros en ocasiones no estan tan pendientes. toma mucho tiempo la atencion. Una noche no pudimos comer porque no hubo quien nos atendiera. Tuvimos que salir del hotel a buscar.

Siempre es bueno
Pros:

El hotel es maravilloso, aumentaron los jacuzzi y eso lo hace genial. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y permite conocer lugares interesantes de la ciudad.

Cons:

El tiempo de espera en el restaurante (no a la hora del desayuno) es excesiva. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, pero podrían ir modernizándolas un poco. En la habitación que me asignaron, las cortinas no funcionaban.
