Non l’ho vista perché a poche ore dal check in hanno chiamato che non c’era la stanza

Non mi hanno informata che avrei potuto avere una copertura da Booking per il disguido. Non hanno provveduto a scrivere a Booking assumendosi la responsabilità del disguido. Mi offrivano una loro sistemazione più economica di quanto avevo pagato senza alcun rimborso. Molto scorretti

Expérience très décevante. La chambre avait une odeur insupportable dès notre arrivée, ce qui a rendu le séjour très inconfortable. Malgré notre demande, il nous a été impossible de changer de chambre et aucune solution satisfaisante ne nous a été proposée. C’est inadmissible pour un établissement hôtelier. Le manque de réactivité et de considération envers les clients est regrettable. Je ne reviendrai pas et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
