Poor breakfast selections! Hotel was just ok!

The property had one person that spoke some English, sadly I had no Spanish. I communicated with a translator app, and the staff were terrific in coping with this.

The hotel is attached to the mall so it has easy access to eating and shopping.

Showers are great in the room, the wifi dropped signal couple of times, but after I mentioned it via the translation app, they reset it and it performed well for the 5 days I was there.

The air conditioning was great ( needed due to the heat and humidity) of Barrancabermeja.

Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, cereal, and a cooked selection as well, which was included in the price of the room.

Staff were courteous and friendly, I would have no hesitation in staying here again

Convenient and great staff

Taxes are charged to foreign tourists, there is a lot of noise overall, and the hotel facilities are inadequate compared to the price. It is an insufficient facility for an event where many people gather.

Stay was good. Beds were excellent. Breakfast not surprising. Not much office space for business trips in the lobby. Wifi is good. The hotel is within a mall so easy access to food and other needs. Good AC. A little bit of administrative trouble requesting folios and receipts.

I checked in, put my bags in the room, and went to see my dad in the ICU at the local hospital. At my return, I came accompanied by my elder mother and my bother who helped her walk. They were coming with me to my room until the next ICU visit, in a couple of hours. The front desk person stopped them, said that they can't go into my room, and also said that I was going to be charged if they go into my room. This rule about visitors is very rude. Nobody explained this rule about visitors when I checked in. Should I have known it in advance, I would not made reservations there. The whole point was to see my dad in the hospital and speak with my family members. I could not stand the fact that they were rude to my 85 year old mom, and my brother, who was assisting her to walk. I checked out immediately. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. It is the most expensive in the city, and the rudest to deal with.

The worst service from the front desk lobby.
1- I have received only 1 key for my room and I needed to wait for 15min for the front desk to get a permission from the manager in order to have a 2nd key for the room. Seems like they don’t even have enough room keys.

2- I found out that they charged me extra for a coffee that we never used in my bill during the check out.
3- We booked a conference room for our meetings and the staff did not even know how to set up their own quipment in the room for us and we couldn’t use any of their equipment for the entire event.
4- just my check out process took over 20 minutes because the front desk did not know what their doing. Keep that in mind I was the only one in the from and the place was not even busy.
I travel for my business all the times to different cities and by far this is the worst service that I ever experienced.
By the way, the manager is not even their at all for any feedback or anything.
Great hotel but very bad service!

Un lugar muy especial donde pasamos una noche muy agradable en pareja, pudimos disfrutar del jacuzzi, del sauna, y de un delicioso desa. Pequeños detalles por mejorar, como que han dejado manchar el jacuzzi porque se le ve el orillo amarillo, además la habitación tenía unas tableyas de piso partidas debajo de la cortina... Haa y mejorar la panadería del desayuno

El servicio de restaurante muy flojo. No por los empleados los cuales con lo que tenían trataban de brindar el mejor servicio. Pero si uno bajaba tipo 9:30 siendo la hora de desayuno hasta las 10:00 am. Ya no había casi comida y le tocaba a los meseros preparar al gusto pero dejando de ser tipo bufet
