No es hotel Terra, sino Refugio Ecológico, además no es 4 estrellas
Pros:

La habitación que tenía jacuzzi y también la comodidad de la habitación

Cons:

1. Estacionamiento lineal

Je ne peux pas noter ce logement vu qu'ils nous ont annulé notre réservation car ils s'étaient trompés sur le prix. Normalement on aurait quand même dû avoir la chambre mais ils n'ont pas fait de geste commercial.

La entrada es muy bonita esta llena de plantas, es lo que mas me gusto.

Cons:

La habitacion para trabajar en el area del escritorio era muy oscuro y cuando me bañe se empozo todo y mis zapatos flotaron.
Las paredes colindantes son de drywall y se escuchaba todo.

There was nothing major that bothered me during my stay. The hotel was comfortable and well organized. The staff could have been a little more attentive and welcoming. The breakfast package was also quite small. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay.

Pulizia delle camere pessima e personale impreparato e non disponibile,

Struttura con giardino, normale, ma poco accogliente

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato due camere, in entrambe polvere ovunque, in una delle due hanno lasciato piatti sporchi di ospiti precedenti e soprattutto trovato uno scarafaggio morto in bagno. Abbiamo chiesto di pulire meglio, ma hanno risposto di non avere personale disponibile, chiesto di cambiare stanza ma nessuna disponibilità. Siamo stati costretti a cambiare hotel alle 11 di sera. Mancanza di professionalità assoluta, non ci hanno nemmeno rimborsato la notte. Assolutamente da evitare!
