Fantastic service on every level, I can’t recommend this plce enough
Pros:

Everything was outstanding, the staff, location, facilities an absolute 10/10

Heerlijk, echt een bijzondere ervaring!
Pros:

We verbleven hier een week en we zijn heel erg tevreden. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel, denkt goed mee; heerlijk eten (ook roomservice), schoon, vers water. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was erg mooi en fijn dat het zwembad groot genoeg was om ook een paar baantjes te kunnen trekken. Uitzicht vanaf het restaurant: uitzonderlijk (Skyline Singapore!) Wij konden vooral de stilte ten opzichte van de stad erg waarderen. Wel waren er geluiden van de haven van Sekupang, maar dat vonden wij juist aardig. De aapjes zijn nieuwsgierig en slim, je moet je ontbijt dus niet onbeheerd buiten laten staan - dat leer je snel af;)

Lovely resort great for a relaxing getaway and good value with delightful staff and good restaurants.
Pros:

It was very relaxing with lovely friendly staff. The island is not a tourist resort but is developing since my last visit 10 years ago. It is a place to just relax, swim and get away from it all. Loved watching the monkeys frolic and to sit and watch the sunset over Singapore is sublime. Views from the verandah of the hut were excellent. The outdoor facilities are excellent.

Cons:

No white wine!!! The hut we were in was quite dark even with lights on making it very difficult to read. There could be a comfortable couch in the living area as the only chairs to sit on were hard dining chairs. You couldn’t see the view from inside as the windows were covered and couldn’t be open when the air conditioning was on.

An enjoyable experience at KTM resort. Would recommend.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Great facilities. Friendly staffs. There is a free shuttle service from Sekupang Ferry Terminal to the resort.

Cons:

A little far from the city centre but no issues with getting taxis on apps

Beautiful and affordable. Will definitely come again.
Pros:

The place is beautiful. It gives a nature vibe and the activity there was great. Very affordable.

Cons:

What didn’t like about is the buggy services. The timing for last buggy services for weekdays is 8pm and weekend is 11pm.

The view and the restaurant ombak and the service. The spa as well. It was a wonderful experience for the spa

The room. Its dark. With noises. Toilet is dirty. With ants crawling. Leaking aircon.

1) location was excellent
2) Internet connectivity throughout the resort was excellent
3) Staff was very polite & cheerful
4) Food was very nice

Cons:

1) Bathroom lighting not adequate
2) Room Service starts very late only at 11 am. Inconvenient if someone unable to go to dining area
3) No chairs/seating in the verandah
4) No table in the room to put even tea cup or a plate.
5) No wardrobe. Need some facility to keep things securely in the room.
