Все было отлично!

Pour ma deuxième expérience dans cet hôtel SUPER !!!
Très bon séjour, tout est parfait de l'accueil à l'arrivée (1h30) au départ (3h00) ne changer rien.
Chambre propre, magnifique, lit grand et confortable et très belle salle de bain.
Restauration sur place très bien.
Emplacement idéal en centre ville.
Tout le personnel charmant est au petits soins pour la moindre demande, vraiment parfait... Je recommande absolument.
Nous reviendrons...

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Zimmer hatte einen tollen Standard. Der SPA Bereich war nicht zufriedenstellend. Dies weil einerseits diverse Anlagen nicht angeschaltet waren und die Temperatur des Schwimmbeckens und des Whirlpool zu kalt waren.

Gesamtfazit: geht absolut in Ordnung.

One only 5 star hotel in Krasnodar where you can feel yourself like home. Huge rooms and very friendly personal. Very close to center and shopping area. Love their spa with big swimming pool. Amazing view from a restaurant on the roof top

Завтрак очень разнообразный и вкусный, много горячих блюд, выпечки, фруктов. Превосходная зона спа с бассейном, которой можно пользоваться до 23.00, что очень удобно, особенно для приезжающих по работе. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый.

Номер маленький , окно номера выходило на стенку здания , было очень душно , открытое окно не помогало . Полотенце не белое , а серого цвета . Очень разочарована в отеле , к сожалению . Не соответствие звёзд , скудный завтрак

В целом не плохой Отель.

Идеальный вариант со всех точек зрения для делового путешествия - и персонал и номера и питание, все в комплексе на пятерку.

Hadn't visited Russia before so we didn't know what to expect, but we had a large, clean, comfortable room. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Loved the Russian buffet breakfast - I stuffed myself with blinis and sour cream most days... The hotel location is really good, between the river and the main street. Compared to London, it seemed inexpensive for the level of service.

"+" - rooms are huge and decorated in a nice way. Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly but not multilingual, however, they try to do their best to help.
Hotel provides good breakfast (advice to try traditional Russian cuisine). There is Spa and good swimming pool

The hotel leaves mixed feelings. On the one hand, it's new and clean, rooms are spacious, breakfast is quite good. On the other hand, you cannot figure the style, 2 lifts take awhile to wait.
The good side. Really spacious rooms. The bathroom is pretty good too. Breakfast has a good selection of cold and warm food and is served on 13th floor. Hotel seems to have good sports facilities, but I didn't have time to check them out. A few very good restaurants within 10 min walking.
The areas for improvements. Definitely, the hotel needs a better concierge service. Reception couldn't advise me of any restaurants whatsoever. The outer window in my room was broken. Nobody cares about this. Bar downstairs needs better stock. Finally, if you are not a electronics genius, it will be next to impossible to watch TV - the sophisticated system of 2 remote controls didn't allow me to watch anything (they don't have cable TV in the rooms)

It is hard to rate this hotel, it has some highs and lows. Very nice rooms, indeed. A lot of space and buety. Large bathroom with bubblebath. Excellent staff attitude. Excellent cleanlyness, everything looks new.

Breakfast is on the average level of a four star hotel. The lobby is furnished w a lot of butiful and bulky furniture, but too much furniture and too little space inbetween. The bar is looking nice . No draft beer, only bottles, not cold, if you are lucky it is not out of stock. If so, you can have room service, it is cheeper, still not cold but delivered w a bucket of ice, champaigne style. The minibar was not refilled next day. The wifi in the room is for free but extremely slow. There is too few lifts and waiting time is annoying, especially w breakfast on 13th floor.

There is no regular shower, only the hand held pice in the bubble bath, w a too short hose. If you like shower standing, it is not convenient. The hose is leaking and waterpressure is below average.

In the total this is a nice hotel on the level of a reasonably good 3 star hotel.

In general, it is not a 5* hotel of course. Fair away from it, very old. Restoran is not good, breakfast is bad, but all hotels in small cities in Russia, can't get a 5*, very very rare.
