goed maar duur voor een kelder
Pros:

Dichtbij het centrum op 1 km.
Goed bed en uitgeruste ktichenette.
makkelijk met de code aan voordeur en studio.

Cons:

Het was geen flat noch appartement, maar een studio, alles in 1 ruimte (geen apparteslaapkamer
was in de kelder gelegen met halve ramen.
De ramen konden niet volledig open en er kon moeilijk doortocht gecreërd worden om te verluchten.
Prijs-kwaliteit zeer duur.

Fine if you’re looking for a cheaper apartment rather then a hotel room with space
Pros:

Decent size space for 1 bedroom flat and comfy bed.

Cons:

Bit tired property needs a bit of a referb. Still quite expensive for a 2 night stay

Doar amplasarea, aproape de centrul orasului si de gara centrala.

Cons:

Initial am fost cazati intr-un apartament mic fara aerisire. Dar cea mai mare problema au fost SOARECII. Ne-au oferit un alt apartament mai mare. La prima vedere tot ok. Dar si aici erau SOARECI. La sfarsitul sejurului am cerut o rambursare cel putin partiala ca nu pentru asta am platit sa stam in conditii insalubre. Asteptam un raspuns din partea proprietatii.
Alte minusuri ar fi:
geamurile nu se deschid, nu se aeriseste camera
se aude galagie de la vecini
miros urat de la canalizare

SCAMMER ALERT! They just want all your money! Very strict apartments!

Nothing! they were all SHIT AND SCUMBAG! I have booked the from Feb 3rd to 12th 2026 because it was my birthday! First time in Amsterdam! I chose the big room even it’s kinda expensive worth 1500 euros with one bedroom and with a living room that was too cold “WITHOUT A HEATER” requested one but didn’t provide at all. During my 2nd day of stay they kicked me out! Because i accommodated visitors and friends! “WITHOUT A REFUND” totally a SCAMMED! Imagined i have booked the room for 10days for fun and leisure in Amsterdam and meanwhile asked me to leave the flat early! Such a SCAMMER and a big DISAPPOINTED and “DISCRIMINATION as an Asian solo traveler who just want to have fund and enjoy!! I had been to different hotels and accommodation but this kind of accommodation didn’t want to provide a refund. Don’t you ever try to stay here! They all just want your money! Customer service wasn’t really helpful at all! GOD BLESS YOUR BUSINESS AND PROPERTY!

Pros:

Super emplacement, on a tout visité à pieds.
Appartement fonctionnel avec une cuisine suffisamment équipée pour préparer ses repas

Cons:

On est resté plus de 30mn a essayé d'entrer dans l’appartement, l'ouverture ne fonctionnait pas
Literie en mauvais état
Pas d'isolation phonique entre les appartements

Very disappointed
Pros:

We liked the location to the rail station and city centre. The bed was comfy.

Cons:

The kitchen facilities were severely lacking. No igniter to light the stove so we had to buy a lighter, the kettle did not stay on and the switch had to be held down to work. There was no way to open the windows. The apartment was nothing like the photos online.
