Dafnoudi

A lovely property with fabulous views. Very comfortable bed and good air-conditioning when needed. Our room was number 10 up in the eaves so some low sloping ceilings but an amazing view. Small but adequate kitchenette and bathroom. Great pool. Good local restaurant and handy shop. Definitely need a car, too far to walk to the beach or Fiscardo. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Dafnoudi. The staff were all really helpful and pleasant and the accommodation was clean and nicely decorated. The grounds are beautiful, with pomegranates, figs, limes planted around and jasmine and bougainvillea for scent. We could see the sun set over the sea every evening from our balcony. Our children loved the pool. Within a few minutes drive of Fiskardo and some stunning beaches.

Really nice quiet place, most of the time we had the pool to ourselves.

Highly recommend this hotel - it’s in a great location near to Fiskado (5 mins drive, 15 mins walk), with 2 tavernas and a shop just a minute’s walk away. The pool area is fantastic - lots of natural shade from fig trees and with views to the sea in the distance.
Our rooms were clean and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and out to the sea.
The only downside was the noise of the road (but it didn’t bother us) and check-in was a bit tricky as no one was in reception when we first arrived. Otherwise, it was all great.

Location, apartment and pool area were all very nice, and would stay again. Only disappointment was that Expedia contacted the hotel to confirm that we would be arriving very late (between 12-1am), which was acknowledged by Dafnoudi. However, when we arrived at said time, nobody was was there and we had to try 3 separate tel numbers stuck to the reception door before someone answered in very broken English. All in all it was around 30 mins from the time we arrived to getting into the apartment.

The hotel itself is in good condition. However, the room I got did not match the description of my booking. The booking said it had 1 double bed, 1 twin bed and 1 sofa bed. The room I got only had 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed.

This is a very small friendly and well run hotel. My family of 5 stayed here, we loved the fantastic views and swimming pool. Lovely air conditioned apartment. We walked along the trails to Fiskardo and Dafnoudi Beach. The hotel was able to book us a hire car at short notice and provided a taxi to and from the airport. Our arrival flight out was very late and they collected us from the airport and then checked us in showing us our rooms, very kind. Would really love to stay again.

Great location for the North of the Island, car essential.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat around the island.
The property is in a great location to key sites around the island.

Superb accommodation, fantastic views, gorgeous pool and delicious breakfast. You’d be very hard pressed to find anywhere else in or near Fiskardo to beat this. Lovely management and staff.

We found Dafnoudi to be an excellent choice for our stay nr Fiskardo . The hotel had everything we needed for our stay . The staff were very helpfu when needed and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. We would definitely return . Well done Dafnoudi Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at Dafnoudi. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom was a bit small in my opinion but it wasn't a problem for me. The staff is very friendly. I recommend the hotel and would stay at it again.

We loved the hotel, period! The staff was super nice. They were very accommodating to our needs. We needed a very late check in, like 11pm so I emailed them and they waited for us. The hotel is very well preserved and it’s has an authentic Greek charm (not the fancy commercialized hotels). Fiskardo town is only a 3 min ride from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay ver much and we highly recommend this place.

Dry helpful staff with good advice about places to visit. Local shop and two great tavernas 5 mins down the road. All in all an excellent holiday.

We didn't like being charged 10 Euros for three towels.

Otherwise, it was a decent place with a very nice swimming pool and a good location.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Kefalonia. Fantastic accommodation with great views. Hotel quite quirky with very interesting features. Staff were brilliant and had great local knowledge. Highly Recommended.

We stayed in room 12 which unfortunately doesn't have a great view but the facilities were good. You can see the sea from the balcony but only at a certain angle. Apart from that, the room was well decorated and clean. It does have a low ceiling which for us wasn't an issue and probably too much furniture for the room size but the bed was comfy and the air con worked.There was even an iron and ironing board.
We often had the pool to ourselves which was great. There is plenty of shade but there are also beds in the sun.

I didn't catch his name, but the receptionist was very helpful and kind. He recommended us some nice beaches nearby e.g. Dafnoudi beach.

There is a lovely family run taverna about 100m from the hotel which had some specials like chicken cooked on a spit. There is also a little shop opposite the taverna where you can pick up all the essentials. I would say that it is probably too far to walk to Fiscado as it's around 4 miles and there isn't much street lighting.

Altogether a lovely hotel which we would highly recommend.
