Caldera Premium Villas - Adults Only

Room was clean and spacious. Beautiful views of the Caldera as Oia from our balcony. Staff was helpful and without the porter it would be impossible to carry the luggage.

The room was amazing! The views from our room and private hot tub were beautiful. It was quiet, clean, and the staff were so helpful and kind. It was the perfect hotel for the Santorini experience.

Wonderful Place!!!!!

It was a great and quiet spot. Perfect for those that can walk several steep steps. Was OK for us but saw some others that struggled. By taki g those steps, you are given an awesome view. Dining close, actually along steps.

Fabulous view! Great breakfast (we loved Anna, our host, wanted to take her home!). Room very comfy. Stairs can be quite treacherous tho! Perfect location in Oia.

The views from this property are spectacular! The room was spacious, quiet & well equipped. It was a "cave" type room, but the door had a half window & there was another small window so I it did not feel claustrophobic. The location was very convenient to all the shopping and restaurants in Oia.

This property had the most spectacular views! The staff went above and beyond to help us - arranging pick up and drop off at the airport. The man who ported our bags up and down the steep steps was amazing! You need to make sure you can navigate steep steps if you stay here - it is a caldera and goes way down.

Loved the hotel. Views were amazing. Staff were very nice with the exception of the night receptionist. She was bit curt and we felt we were bothering her with requests for ice. All other staff were very helpful. We would stay there again

I had the most unforgettable stay at Caldera Premium Villas in Oia! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything from luggage to restaurant recommendations.

The views from our terrace were absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the caldera and watching the sunset over the Aegean felt like a dream. The cave-style room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the modern touches we needed. Breakfast was fresh and generous, served with a smile each morning.

A special mention to Karla, who went above and beyond to surprise me with a thoughtful birthday gift — it truly made my trip extra special.

The location couldn’t be better — right in Oia, within walking distance of charming shops, cafés, and those famous sunset spots. Yes, there are lots of steps (as with most cliffside properties in Santorini), but it only added to the authentic experience — and the staff were always there to assist with luggage.

Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. If you’re looking for romance, incredible views, and warm hospitality, Caldera Premium Villas is the perfect choice. I would return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place it was my husband and I’s first time in Greece and we booked this hotel last minute but to tell you how beautiful this place is !! Clean and beautiful and incredible view that’s breathtaking!! Also the staff is super friendly!

Great location to food and shopping. Beautiful sunsets. Lots of stairs but we managed okay for our ages.

The hotel rooms are located down some steps off the main Street, with spectacular views of the Caldera and the cliff face. The room was very clean. Mine had a little sofa & table outside the door, whilst others had sun loungers & umbrellas. The porters are wonderful and carry your luggage from the bus station / car park for you on arrival and departure. If you want to be in the heart of Oia, this is a great place to stay.

My boyfriend and I loved our cave room. It’s pretty brutal walking up and down the stairs to our hotel, but understand it’s part of the Santorini experience and they have people who carry your bags back to your room. Great location directly in Oia close to everything.

lovely stay, great value. We read reviews regarding steps to the property yes, they are there, the porters help out with luggage, there are lots of steps all over the caldera, if you dont want to use steps dont visit OIA. no negative comments should be left regarding steps. this property is beautiful and the room we stayed in was amazing. Breakfast was great with lots of choice; all of the staff was extremely helpful and lovely to talk with. Thanks to the caldera premium villa staff for making 50th birthday celebrations extra special.

My husband and I booked Caldera to celebrate our honeymoon!
The staff was very courteous. They had porters to carry our luggage in and out as there were stairs to get to our villa. Reception helped arrange airport shuttles. Daily breakfast was a nice perk and the views from the room were fantastic. We had a hot tub in our room and enjoyed soaking and laying in the lounge chairs.
There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance to choose from and all of the ones we ate at had amazing food and service. Some include Skiza pizza and Strogili.
All in all my husband and I were extremely pleased with the Caldera Premium Villas

My wife and I loved our stay at Caldera Premium Villas. The view of the caldera was beautiful and we loved being able to relax in the pool after a hot day. The staff are also very nice and breakfast was great as well with many options.

The view from our room was spectacular. The staff was wonderful. The stairs are steep but definitely worth the journey.
