Goede locatie, te weinig comfort voor 7.
Pros:

Proper, zeer goede locatie.

Cons:

Eén badkamer voor 7 is te weinig.
De stores voor de ramen zijn heel slecht waardoor het in de zomer heel erg licht is om te slapen.
Veel lawaai tot laat in de nacht.

Cons:

Informazioni sul check in errate, ci era stata inviata la foto di un cancello mentre l’accesso era da un’altra parte. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare per sapere da dove entrare.

Excellent location - great communication
Pros:

Location is brilliant; rooms were adequate for 4 people; kitchen good. Was allowed to drop bags at a local hotel. Good communication with the hotel/owner. They are in the processes of selling the apartments.

Cons:

Stairs hard work getting 20Kg upto the top floor; kind of spiral staircase; kitchen could do with an extra baking dish

Posizione centrale, ottima.
Grande cucina e due bagni perfetto

Cons:

Un po' complicato raggiungere l'ultimo piano con tutte le valigie pesanti essendoci solo le scale

Perfect base to enjoy Reykjavik
Pros:

Nice and spacious, well-equipped, comfortable bed. Ideally located on a quiet street only one mins walk from the bars / shops / cafes on Laugevegur. Keypad entry to main entrance and apartment.

Great location
Pros:

Great location in the middle of Reykjavik, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Freezer needs to be defrosted and handle to bathroom is loose.
Stairs are narrow. Not bad for younger people with smaller luggage but hard for seniors or people with large luggage.

Accettabile…ma sul filo del rasoio
Pros:

La posizione è molto centrale, accanto alla chiesa e la via arcobaleno

Cons:

La maniglia della porta del bagno era staccata e appoggiata sul davanzale del bagno;
La porta del bagno aveva un buco;
La sedia sbullonata nel salotto;
I divani letto non hanno un materasso e presentano le macchie sporche e non comode per nulla;
In giro sul pavimento c’erano cumuli di capelli;
In cucina non c’era neanche il sale
