Fantastic location, clean & cosy accommodation
Pros:

Comfortable, clean accommodation in excellent location. Great communication before arrival, simple key collection instructions and flexibility when our original flight was cancelled due to a blizzard. Staff extremely helpful.

Ubicación excelente y es grande

Cons:

La puerta que había en el salón coincidía con una puerta del apartamento de al lado y sonaba cada vez q abrían o cerraban alguna puerta. Además estuvimos en un tercero sin ascensor que hacía complicado subir las maletas

Det var nära till allt. Lägenheten hade allt

Cons:

Parkeringen som var nära lägenheten P1 var väldigt dyrt. Vi parkerade bredvid stora kyrkan som var 6-7 minuter promenad och det var gratis. Vattnet rann väldigt långsamt i handfatet i badrummet. Det tog tid tills vi hittade vår lägenhet i byggnaden. Det vore jätte bra om man kunde skicka en platskarta på var lägenheterna finns.

Appartement bien situé. Toutes les informations d’accès sont données en amont pour l’arrivée et la sortie.

Keine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft aber gute Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend (direkt an der Rainbow Street)

Cons:

- Es war extrem laut, man hört alles was auf der Straße passiert, sehr laute Geräusche aus dem Flur (Türenschlagen) und auch das Getrampel im oberen Zimmer entgeht einem nicht
- Das Zimmer war wesentlich kleiner als auf den Bildern und zu Dritt mit Gepäck eine absolute Herausforderung
- Das Schlafsofa ist eine Zumutung und sehr unbequem
- Das Bad und auch die Handtücher haben extrem gestunken (feucht/ schimmelig). Wie in Island üblich, gab es auch hier kaum Fenster die man öffnen konnte zum Lüften
- schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten, in der Parkzone vom Hotel kostet die Stunde 660 Kronen

Great stay with room for improvement
Pros:

Great location and easy access

Cons:

We had an apartment on the ground floor facing the street which made it quite noisy. Unfortunately, the bed was not too comfortable as the matress may have been quite old. The shower curtain was moldy and the sliding wooden door to the bathroom only opened half way

Great location, comfortable, a bit noisy. Perfect for walking around Reykjavik.
Pros:

It was a great location to access the shopping and restaurant areas. It was easy to find and access and had what we needed for our stay.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy and the shower curtain was dirty or moldy at the bottom.
