The bedroom windows! No top ones to open,was worried about dogs jumping out& main road ,a few feet away.probably nothing can be done ,being a 16th century cottage. Not a problem ,only in hot weather!

Absolutely delightful thatched cottage BnB with very friendly staff. Great location. The room was very comfortable with good facilities and had been beautifully prepared for us with swan sculptured towels and even the loo rolls had bows! The excellent breakfast had many great options but the full fry hit the spot. Lots of nearby dinner options in Brockenhurst but would recommend the Snake-catcher Arms.

Lovely quirky old rooms well decorated and comfortable. Fantastic location in the village. The breakfast in the attached tea room ( and the cream teas )were excellent. Parking right outside the property.

Excellent location, very friendly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast, beautiful tea room, which we didn’t have time to go to, seemed very popular. Room was clean and comfortable , had all the facilities required & good value for money.

The room was very comfortable and a really nice bed, although we did knock our heads on the beams once or twice. Phil and Helen sent us a nice message to help our arrival and there were great suggestions about where to eat.
The breakfast was great and with good variety and our hosts were really cheerful and a nice start to the day.

Это просто сказка ! Сам отель очень уютный, да не большой но это старая постройка. Завтрак просто супер ! Не смотря на то что нас не дождались , мы очень легко попали в отель по инструкции которую нам оставили (немного поиграли в форт баяр) - было очень интересно и немного нас развеселило после долгого перелета и дороги
