The Hotel owners and staff are wonderful, very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Spotlessly clean, good buffet choice for breakfast
Hotel just a very short walk to the beach and many local “tourist” shops. Hotel food is excellent and there are many other eating places within walking distance.
Overall this is a small very welcoming hotel with great service .
great location, next to the beach, clean room, great stuff, the breakfast is a plus, we have very pleasant stay!
Great place and fantastic staff. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent!
Excellent little hotel with an exclusive feel yet simple approach, set back from the shore in a side alley. It was really clean, with an attention to little details that were almost subliminal but ensured a very hygienic experience, with no endless rules or do's and don'ts. The ambiance was relaxing, with a good choice of mood music in the dining room. The kitchen was excellent, with fresh fish and seafood as well as other local specialities and products (Halkidiki olives, local honey, Tzatziki). The food here was better than in any restaurant I visited. The breakfast was outstanding and kept you going all day, while exploring the Halkidiki peninsula.
Excellent hotel in a rather rundown village. Others have indicated that Polychron has excellent beaches; in our view the beach was about the worst on the Kassandra peninsula, being narrow - only one sunbed deep in places and with a narrow "promenade" with shops selling mainly "tourist tack" on the landward side. Notwithstanding this, everywhere on Kassandra is within a 20 minute drive and quality of the Akrogiali and value for money mean that this is where I would stay if I were to revisit the area.
