Pros:

Priestranný apartmán vo výbornej lokalite pri centre mesta. Oddelená toaleta od priestrannej kúpeľne. Blackout závesy na spálňach. Pohodlné postele. Skvelé raňajky s domácimi produktami. Parkovanie v neďalekom parkovacom dome Mariánska. Na naloženie a vyloženie batožiny (do 15min) je k dispozícii parkovacie miesto hotela hneď pred jeho vchodom.

Cons:

Bez klimatizácie a bez sieťok proti hmyzu. Kuchynka slabo vybavená. Upratovanie raz za 3 dni. Mierne hlučno zo strany ulice.

Poloha výborná, vybavení pokoje dobré,snídavě výborná.
Pros:

Snídaně chutná,dostatečný výběr jídla a nápojů. Rezidence je blízko náměstí Přemysla Otakara II.

Cons:

Z důvodu,že se jedná o historickou stavbu,tak není na všech pokojích klimatizace.Je v některých pokojích jen ventilátor. Pokoje jsou prostorné,koupelna velká.

Krásná Rezidence u Černé Věže
Pros:

Do Rezidence u Černé Věže jezdíme často, a naprosto ubytování milujeme. Úžasný personál, skvěle vybavené pokoje a perfektní umístění, hned v centru. Neexistuje žádná výtka, jen doporučení všema deseti. :)

Das Zimmer war außerordentlich groß, ansprechendes Ambiente und sehr sauber. Die Küche ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.
Das Personal fast immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich.
Bei Anreise Problem äußert lösungsorientiert! DANKE DAFÜR!
Die Lage ist ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Schwarzen Turm entfernt.
