Avevamo prenotato dei massaggi che ci hanno annullato 2 gg prima dell'arrivo e non sono riusciti e riprogrammarli compatibilmente con i ns gg di soggiorno.

Cons:

Es waren unsere Flitterwochen, was wir auch vorab geschrieben haben (und bestätigt wurde, dass dies vermerkt wird). Da wir zwei Frauen sind, wurde uns nicht einmal Gratuliert und es gab keine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, was sehr schade war. Weiters gab es leider einen unguten Vorfall mit einem rassistischen Kellner, welcher uns schlecht behandelt hatte und wir uns dadurch nicht respektiert und Wohlgefühl haben. Das hat unseren ansonsten erholsamen Aufenthalt (3 Nächte) leider mit einem bitteren Nachgeschmack hinterlassen.

Cons:

Kein Entgegenkommen vom Personal trotz unfairen Buchung durch Booking.com (s. Beschwerdemail). Essen für 4s Hotel sehr viel Luft nach oben. Im Zimmer hat es gestunken.

Outside Vienna centre and a good place to utilise outdoor spaces to relax when not sightseeing
Pros:

Everything is good here and I particularly like the outdoor spaces, spa which you do not get nearer the centre of Vienna

Cons:

Its a bit like a seminar hotel with a spa attached so it is geared more for corporates than individuals

Cons:

Might be challenging to access without a car. We used a taxi towards the hotel and a bus + train on our way back.

Terrible experience…

Terrible experience I had as pregnant woman! We were not informed about AC switching off in the night time …As per email from booking.com we booked Deluxe double room fully Air conditioned.

It was a very hot day in Vienna with temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius. We went to sleep around 22:00, but around 00:00 - 00:30, the AC switched off automatically, making it impossible to sleep and breath for me and my husband .

We called the reception, but there was no one available on shift, which is very strange for a 24/7 service. Instead, a security personnel came and, after we asked to switch rooms, he said he couldn't switch our room but instead gave us an old portable AC. This unit was so noisy and ineffective that we couldn't sleep at all.

For 400 EUR a night, I would not expect to sleep with a portable AC. This was simply unprofessional. Our entire experience trying to relax that day was ruined.

The next day, when we checked out, the receptionist told us that the whole hotel system uses an "eco-friendly" AC that switches off automatically. However, not having the option to switch it on manually for each separate room was unacceptable, especially on such hot days in Austria. She also told us that the hotel director would contact us, but I did not receive any email from them. It was supposed to be on Monday, the 15th of July, and since then, we have received nothing but an apology on our check-out day.
