Pros:

Very comfortable and a great location away from the noise and debauchery of Central Amsterdam. Great beds and the Reception staff are very helpful.

Oldukça merkezi bir yer, ulaşım merkez istasyona rahat, kanal manzarası hoş duruyor

Cons:

Klima yoktu. Odaya ilk girdiğinizde sıcaklık suratınıza çarpıyor. Buz dolabının sıcağıda içeriyi ayrıca ısıtıyor. Ahşap çerçeveler bakımsız, camlar daha fazla açılmalı. Sadece bir cama sineklik takılmış bu sebeple sadece birini açıp içeriyi havalandırabildik. Saç kurutma makinaları bozuktu 20-30 saniye anca çalışıyor sonra çalışmıyor.

Comfortable hotel in great location with fabulous staff .
Pros:

Location is excellent . Close to tram , bars , restaurants and short walking distance to museums .
Canal views are beautiful .
Comfortable beds with immaculate linen .
Staff are exemplary ; welcoming , friendly and helpful .
Despite my negative comments I would stay in this hotel again and would recommend it (but avoid floor 5 !)

Cons:

Initially allocated a substandard room on the 5th floor for our first night after emailing the owner we were reallocated a much better room on the 4th floor for the subsequent two nights of our stay .
We paid in excess of £200 per night which I consider alot (but I do understand that probably much of that cost is for the location .)
The general decoration could do with a refresh/deep clean (chipped paint / marks on walls / marks on carpet) and the shower cubicle needed a deep clean .
