Lovely hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. I would stay there again and again.

De locatie! Prachtig aan de gracht

Cons:

Ik betaal enorm veel voor een kamer. Dan verwacht ik daar ook wat voor. Geen airco. En de badkamer was vreselijk! Super klein!!! Totaal niet comfortabel de badkamer. Het interieur vond ik ook tegenvallen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een plastic emmer met een pedaalemmer zak erin als prullenbak op de badkamer. Ziet er erg 'goedkoop' uit....
Voor zo'n hotel, aan de gracht en voor dat geld voor 1 nacht verwacht ik meer comfort en luxe.
Ik kom hier niet meer terug

Great hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

The property was beautifully located on a canal. The breakfast was full and delicious. The staff was personable and friendly!

Cons:

The room was nice but towels were not changed out nightly. Small but noticeable discrepancy.
