Pros:

Personale molto cortese, spazi ampi e ben forniti di tutto il necessario, parcheggio riservato e soprattutto ottimo aver trovato la piscina in una giornata così calda.

Cons:

Eravamo al terzo piano senza ascensore, nulla di grave ma con caldo e valigie non è stato piacevole. Il wi fi non funzionava bene.

- nice walking distance from the old town
- very kind staff!

- there is a alley to walk to the old town, which is better compare to the main road.

Cons:

- we had some issues with our room (warm water in shower, room cleaning, outdated furnitures), but that was discussed with the staff and resolved.

Perfect, would love to return.
Pros:

Spent two nights here with my husband and two teenage boys. Spotlessly clean, huge delicious breakfast, and the location was perfect ,easy walking distance to Stari Most and the old town. Stefan and the team were kind and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again!

Good for a short stay.
Pros:

Rooms were tidy. Was a short 12 mins walk to the centre. Receptionist was very informative and friendly.

Cons:

Rooms were on several levels and no lifts for upper floors. Rooms were a bit compact. We had 4 rooms booked and not all of them had coffee water kettles by default.

Veldig hyggelig og fint hotell med en flott beliggenhet. Rommet var rent og komfortabelt, og personalet var utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold og følte oss veldig velkomne. Anbefales virkelig! 🥰

Ingenting å klage på – vi var veldig fornøyde med oppholdet!
