Pros:

The hotel had a special at R385 per night bed and breakfast, I paid over R 700 per night, Bill's for alcohol was added to my account when don't consume alcohol, I will not use or recommend hotel. Com again, it's a RIP off

Pros:


1.The hotel needs to improve their management of bookings, its disorganised and confuses the reception staff.
2.Towels are old and horrible
3.Room maintanance and cleaning of carpets needs to be improved
4.When your neighbour opens bath taps you dont sleep there is horrible noise in water pipe system
3.Food was excellent

Clean hotel
Pros:

No shade for cars and pool was not clean and
Jucazzi not working really not nice and no wi Fi at hotel. The food was nice. Reception didn't welcome us and didn't explain hotel policy. Needs to work on activities to keeps guest busy and experiencing the place.

Pros:

The experience at the hotel would be much greater if proper information is provided by hotel.com to the hotel. In addition, that hotel staff carry out a service as per visitors instruction the first time around.
