Un gran hotel, cerca a todo, en la mitad de Medellín
Pros:

Muy cómodo, bonito, limpio, con un buen desayuno buffet . Además de estar en la mitad de la ciudad por lo que es fácil desplazarse y tener dos centros comerciales cerca para bancos, tiendas y comida.

Pros:

You can get a taxi to go wherever you want in Medellin in front of the hotel. Premium Plaza is there on walkdistance.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very gentle. You can have breakfast or eat at the restaurant of the hotel.

Well located, clean and friendly.
Pros:

Very clean, staff friendly. A great breakfast at no extra charge. The location was good, shops and restaurants nearby and walkable. 6th floor dining area very nice.

Cons:

Street noise can be heard. The bed is just a little hard.

The hotel was in the perfect location for us. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful when we left something in our room. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent.

Buenos días en cuanto a estas pregunta especifica el desayuno estuvo muy bueno y el restaurante muy buenos

Tengo queja en las habitaciones porque en la habitación que nos quedamos con mi Esposo nos salió cucarachas en la estadía que tuvimos en esta ocasión , porqu eya habíamos sido huéspedes de ustedes ,

No sabemos porque hubo esto de que las cucarachas salieron por los sifones dl baño terrible no dijimos nada por prudencia y no hacer una alarma exagerada pero les recomendamos que hagan una buena fumigación contra estos insectos tan feos y que no es agradable encontrar .

La ubicación el hotel es muy buena esta equidistante de todo lado y las instalaciones son muy buenas en general es un hotel que a nosotros nos agrada bastante y el precio es acorde a lo que brinda .

No nos gusto la carta o menú que tienen para el almuerzo o cena

Falta mas variedad de platos sobre todo el almuerzo no hay mucho para escoger es muy básico, y se puede ofrecer algo mas variado y tipico de colombia que no hace que incurran en tanto gasto de mercado.

El colchón de la habitación en la que nos hospedamos estaba un poco viejo y el aseo de las persianas muy mal hecho tenían manchas de mugre como si se hubiera matado un animal en ellas.

Excelente Hotel
Pros:

Excelente hotel. Recomendado, la habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. Tenía nevera, televisor, closet, escritorio y un baño grande. Desayuno delicioso tipo bufet. El parqueadero era privado y gratis. Personal amable. Sabanas y toallas blancas, totalmente pulcras. Se ubica en un barrio llamado Candelaria en el centro de Medellín, pero la zona en donde está el hotel es segura, cerca de un centro comercial. Aunque muy tarde en la noche es mejor movilizarse en carro, para estar más seguros.

Terrible experiencia
Pros:

El personal de restaurante muy atento en todo momento

Cons:

La habitación tenía olor a madera guardada se evidencia que no existe ventilación en la misma, la puerta fallaba tocaba cerrarla con golpes fuertes, la puerta rota, el baño se salía el agua de la bañera, fuimos a llamar a recepción y el teléfono estaba sin cable.
