we were provided smoking room.it was literally a smoked room .had to request for a change immediately.So its better to ask for non smoking room before checking in itself if you are non smoker

Pros:

I have been coming to your hotel for 10 years. However, your hotel employees harass me by asking money as soon as I arrive at the hotel and saying that I cannot pay by credit card.

Good and affordable stay
Pros:

Comfort stay in affordable rate. good location. Excellent restaurant. Polite staff. Best place for family stay.

Cons:

Condition of AC is poor. They said it is same in all rooms! (Couldn't believe I can sweat at 16 degree temperature!) . Finally they let us change the room, where AC is so high that we can't even control it! So expect AC condition as extremely high or low!

Clean & comfortable with some caveats.
Pros:

The place was clean & though old, was maintained well. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. Food was tasty. Reception and kitchen staff were very helpful.
Good value for the money paid.

Cons:

Air conditioning was noisy but was repaired when asked. No one was contactable early in the morning when I needed some assistance.
