Pros:

I had a wonderful time at the hotel! I loved the spa, the pool and had the best night sleeps! It is a shame that the main restaurant does not serve a real espresso from ground coffee beans as it would have been nice to enjoy a good cup of coffee with the wonderful breakfast, but despite this, I will happily return to the hotel

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Tolles Hotel, die Pools, das Essen, das Personal, die Zimmer.. Im „Ort“ ist nicht viel los, aber man kommt sehr gut mit dem Bus nach Chania. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter. :)

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel with many facilities. Lots of pools, nice spa, great gym and nice grounds.
The restaurants are good and many options.
Unfortunately they don’t label the foods in the buffet well. This makes it hard for vegans, people with allergies etc, I am sure they could do a little better on this!

Gebuchtes Zimmer wurde nicht gegeben, Differenz wurde nicht erstattet. Wasser nicht aufgefüllt, minibar wurde nicht aufgefüllt Lunch war im Residenz Bereich nicht verfügbar, Zimmer Service 3€ pro Bestellung und das alles trotz all inclusive! Schrecklich! 15.000€ dafür dass man nicht mal Wasser bekommt. Eines nachts stand Zimmer Türe einfach offen, direkt Rezeption Bescheid gesagt, seit über 10 Tagen keine Antwort warum!!

Wir hatten glücklicherweise das beste Zimmer im ganzen Hotel (Adults-Only-Bereich) mit einer großen Terrasse und vielen Sonnenstunden. Die meisten anderen Hotelgäste mussten sich mit 2-3 Sonnenstunden auf ihren Terrassen begnügen und die waren dann entweder sehr früh am Morgen oder am späten Nachmittag. Wer plant das architektonisch so?!

Das Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir sehr gut. Den Fitnessbereich von der Ausstattung her auch.

Wer einen schönen, hoteleigenen Strandabschnitt wünscht wird bei diesem Hotel enttäuscht sein.

Das größte Minus war für uns jedoch der Service. Mal ganz davon abgesehen, dass man hier im Mai/Juni in der Nebensaison mit weniger Personal arbeitet, was sich besonders bei den Öffnungszeiten (nur bis 17:00 Uhr) des Spa-Bereiches und bei der Reinigung der Pools bemerkbar gemacht hat, musste man vor allem mit jedweden Anliegen mehrfach kommen bis etwas passierte.
Das stellen wir uns in 5-Sterne-Hotels in dem Preissegment anders vor und sind es auch anders gewohnt.

Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte oft überfordert, vergesslich und nicht besonders engagiert. Auch gab es mit einigen Bediensteten nicht marginale Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten auf Grund mangelnder Englischkenntnisse.

Die Preise im Spa-Bereich sind unverschämt (Bsp. 140€ für 70 Min. Hot-Stone).
Wir waren dementsprechend außerhalb des Hotels im Spa.

Es gibt in der Gegend (Nordwesten Kretas) bessere Hotels, gerade im Adults-Only-Bereich.
Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Super Hotel, eine reine Wohlfühloase!
Die Lage ist nur etwas abgelegen und man kann in der Umgebung nicht viel unternehmen, es gibt nur ein Bus der in die Stadt nach Chania fährt.

Die Fahrt nach Rethymno dauert zum Beispiel 2 1/2 Stunden.

Mietwagen für Unternehmungen ist ein absolutes muss.

Ansonsten das Hotel sehr sauber, freundlich und leckeres Essen!

Very good value for the money
Pros:

This hotel has a really good spa with gym, saunas and jacuzzi. Rooms are very modern, soacious and clean but the bed is extrmely hard. The buffet restaurant was more tyan enough for us for the weekend - they have extremely wide range of varieties on table and the selection changes day to day. But the staff was absolutely lost with allergy information and they had my wife eat food with nuts and almonds several times although she kept asking if it was safe ot not. Very poor job on several occasions from the restaurant staff. Otjer than that it was a very nice and relaxing stay!

Pros:

Magnifique hôtel, piscine privative grande et sans vis à vis pour notre chambre. Buffet diversifié et bon. Seul le check-in a pris beaucoup de temps avec la chambre qui n'a pas été disponible avant 18h.

We loved our stay. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is helpful. The pools are amazing (although a bit cold in the low season). The facilities are in great condition. We couldn’t have asked for more from this hotel!
