Had a great stay, couldn't complain about anything.
Pros:

Check in was very smooth, everything was clean, very good breakfast buffet.
Location was superb for Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum.
Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really. Everything was just fine.

Très belle expérience à Amsterdam !
J’ai beaucoup aimé le quartier, calme et agréable, tout en restant bien situé. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible.
La chambre était très grande, et nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un upgrade avec une chambre disposant d’un balcon, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable.
La chambre était très propre, tout comme la douche, qui est spacieuse et bien entretenue.
Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la machine à café dans la chambre ainsi que les capsules fournies chaque jour : le café était vraiment délicieux.
Un séjour très confortable, je recommande sans hésitation

Fire Escape too far from the bedroom

Cons:

Warning I was staying in a room on the ground floor and at night time the room with the fire exit (the breakfast room) is LOCKED !!!!! so you need to go up a narrow wooden staircase to exit the building. This would not pass regulations very worrying, the bedroom also had a grill on it which did not open so no exit there either. I requested they kept the breakfast room open while I stayed which they did. Fire is a real threat in Hotels and I hope they change this.

Heryere yakın müze yan sokak, tramvaya yakın heryere ulaşım kolay , çok çok beğendim

Oda temizliği hergün yapılıyor ,en soğuk zamana denk geldik ama odalar sıcaktı , su (musluk suyu)kahve herşey var, kahvaltı yeterli.müzeleri gezecekseniz başka yerde kalmaya gerek yok , merkeze 3 istasyon .tren istasyonu çok yakın

Excellent hotel, we'll return!
Pros:

We stayed for six nights. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was exceptional, especially Alexandra (one of the managers) and Lemmiya (breakfast room cook and manager), and the others as well (sorry, can't remember the names). They were very responsive to any problem we had.
The breakfast was ample, fresh, and tasty every day.
The location was absolutely perfect - right next to the Musemplein and very convenient to public transportation.

Cons:

Unfortunately the regular cleaning staff was on vacation during our stay and the cleaning company that took their place didn't do the best job, though the room was far from dirty. Again, Alexandra dealt very well with the problems that arose.
The breakfast could have been a bit more varied (e.g. hard boiled in addition to scrambled eggs).

Charmant en gezellig hotel, vlakbij bij musea en centrum
Pros:

Perfecte ligging voor zowel bezoek aan de musea als een bezoek aan het stadscentrum. Comfortabele kamer en zalig bed. Een goed verzorgd ontbijt met lekkere pannenkoek met dank aan de sympathieke dame van dienst.

Cons:

In al zijn charme is het enkel glas aan de straatkant een minpunt. Af en toe luidruchtige mensen in de autoluwe straat heeft ons soms wakker gemaakt. Het Hotel heeft ook geen echte bar waar je ‘‘s avonds nog van een afzakkertje of slaapmutsje kan genieten.
