The staff is very attentive and kind. We arrived very early and they managed to handle our entry. The location is excellent, with easy access to all points of interest in Amsterdam. Perfect for visiting the main museums, just a few steps away. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offers a great breakfast.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, kleines Hotel mit sehr charmanten Personal, einem sehr guten und abwechslungsreichem Frühstück. Die Lage waf sehr gut, unser Zimmer ebenso. Sehr bequeme Betten mit dünnen Oberbetten im Sommer. Super!

The room appears to have a serious bedbug problem. Absolutely unacceptable.

During the night I was bitten all over my body and woke up covered in painful, itchy welts. This was a terrible experience and absolutely unacceptable for any hotel room.

I am writing this to warn other guests: please be very careful before booking or staying here. A room should be clean, safe, and hygienic — this was the opposite.

Ubicación perfecta: céntrico pero tranquilo.

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro pero en una calle muy tranquila. La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda y el desayuno excepcional. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento.

Clean, friendly staff, 2 mins from tram and museums!
Pros:

The bathroom was nicely updated and extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location and friendly, attentive staff.
Pros:

Awesome location with great staff. Having stroopwaffel on the bed was also a nice touch. Having an elevator in the building and letting us store luggage before and after checkout was also really nice.

Cons:

There were a few things that could have been better about the room, especially considering the price. The biggest issue we had was that the p trap connected to the sink needed to be cleaned because it smelled really bad. Also the room had no refrigerator.

Great hotel, the location is absolutely perfect, quiet, close to the tram and bus stations, close to museums. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful! I absolutely recommend it.
