Great location but expensive for facilities and staff assistance
Pros:

Great location, bed comfortable. Nice to have breakfast but expensive, could have had fewer choices and charged less

Cons:

There is no lobby sitting area so when we were early to check in or met our guide there is no where to sit & talk. There are many stairs into hotel from street. When we left to meet out Uber w/ luggage no one helped us at all altho were standing right there. We are in our late 70s

Pros:

Amazing hotel !! Highly recommended, super comfortable all the facilities and the breakfast is super fresh and varied, different options. The hotel staff everyone was really kind and friendly. The location is convenient if you want to be close to the center but far away from all the noisy streets, the hotel is located one block away from the van gogh museum

Clean property in great location.
Pros:

Clean property in great location for tourist activities and close to the tram stop for public transport.

Cons:

Slightly dated and the window/balcony door kept blowing open but staff showed us that if you slam it closed with a lot of force, it remains closed.

Havre de paix, près des musées
Pros:

La proximité du musée VanGogh à 100 mètres. L'endroit est très calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Des petits bonbons à la menthe et des petites gaufrettes vous attendent dans la chambre pour vous accueillir, ce sont des petits gestes appréciables. Petit déjeuner pour tous les goûts (sucré et salé)

Perfect pancakes and perfect location for the museums
Pros:

Great location, just one minute to the tram and a few minutes to the museums. There is also a supermarket just three minutes away. The staff is lovely, welcoming and helpful. And everything you read about the pancakes for breakfast is true - they are marvellous. My single room seemed small, but had a lot of space to storage my luggage and stuff, so it never felt crowded.

Great location
Pros:

Great location, on a quiet street in the centre of town, right beside the museums. Easy to walk around and explore, but away from the loud tourists in Leidesplein. The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Would happily stay here again.

Very comfortable room, good heating was definitely a plus in the cold winter days. Large bathroom, also well heated. Excellent location. Relaxed and cozy. Friendly and helpful staff.
