Hotel lindo, em um prédio renovado. Funcionários prestativos, prontos pra te ajudar. A localização é muito boa, do lado do Museu do Van Gogh e super perto do Rijksmuseum.

Good breakfast.
Relatively quiet neighborhood.
Attentive, friendly and informative staff.

Cons:

Cleaning service was NOT good.
Some areas of the room were poorly cleaned.
Other areas (especially in the bathroom) were never cleaned.
Bed linen was also not completely clean.
Room facilities were on the old side.

Very expensive tariff for an older, traditional style property with no customer service. Disappointing.
Pros:

Very convenient location near museums and concert hall.

Cons:

On arrival they demanded an additional €150 deposit against damage to the property. This has not been returned and no response has been received.
From the time of arrival to departure, no member of staff was seen

Lovely room in a wonderful neighborhood. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Safe and easily accessible location. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious.

Cons:

There wasn't a person stationed at the front desk. When I rang the bell, someone came out right away to check me in. It was fine, I just didn't know about it in advance.

Very very comfy!
Pros:

This place was so sweet! The staff, each one of them were extremely helpful, kind and very pleasant. The beds were great, the bathroom spacious and good water pressure. And they have a lift! I would come back here in a minute!! Loved it but really it was the people they employed that made it so special. Being so close to the museum was a plus and the fance shopping just a vlock away!

Can't think of anything, i loved the place.❤️

Perfect location for the museums
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped. Nice, helpful staff. Location is perfect for the museums. Really great breakfast. We would stay here again.
