GuiLin Eva Inn Hotel

The room was spacious, however the bed was hard (expected this from previous hotel visits throughout Asia) and the room was not very sound proof as I was woken several times by noisy neighbours in other rooms. Nice selection of foods at breakfast - both western and Chinese, and laundry was same day service and very cheap for what I had cleaned. Hotel was also within easy walking distance of most tourist attractions within Guilin. Some staff spoke English, however was able to communicate without a problem to other staff members.
Only major issue was the wi-fi as it could be slow at times especially when trying to use apps such as google and whatsapp.

Breakfast was included but it was up some stairs.
Being immobility inpaired, I had a small difficulty getting there. Breakfast was adequate, noodles, hard boiled eggs, bread, spaghetti, coffee, tea and hot soy milk.

エクスペディアの地図の位置は間違っているので，シェラトンを探すのが手っ取り早いです。桂林西駅から利用しましたが，タクシー一人乗りで６０元，桂林北駅までは３０元でした。
英語が通じるスタッフもいますが，通じないフロントマンもいます。
ホテル１階にはツアーデスクがあり，漓江下りの予約もできました。
中国人混載のツアーで４００元でした。

As everyone has said before me, the BEST thing about this hotel is it's location. It is where EVERYTHING you want to see in Guilin city is. Once you check in, you can walk to every major landmark or tourist spot, theater, as well as the night market, bars, restaurants, cafes, etc...it has everything right outside the front door. My experience with service in the hotel was quite good- they took care of all my issues, though we had difficulty communicating, as I spoke no Mandarin. Smiling service is not their forte- but they were prompt at responding to any issues that I had. The AC worked well, the bed was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot, there were slippers, hair dryer, soap, tooth brush, kettle, Wifi. They even had outlets that fit my US devices. Flat screen TV with lots of Mandarin channels. My room did not have a safe but it was updated and was quite a contrast with the corridors and public spaces...those looked really worn and tired. The cleanliness standard is so-so. If you want that, you can book the Sheraton next door. Though there were mainly families staying at the hotel, cards with pictures of women on them were slid under my door every evening. I did not witness any such encounter. The breakfast was quite sumptuous, especially if you enjoy traditional local cuisine...cold and fried noodles, dumplings, sausages, sauteed veggies, toast, juice, watermelon, etc The rooftop restaurant where it is served has some good views of the Li River and Elephant Hill.

深夜の到着でしたが、私の到着を待っててくれました。ホテルは古い建物でしたが、部屋はなかなか清潔感もあって気に入りました。一つだけ難があるとすれば、掃除した際に換気するために窓が開けっ放しだったため、最初に部屋に入った時がとても寒かったです。立地は、空港シャトルバスの終点から歩いて30分くらいです。帰りはそこまで歩いたので間違いないです。行きは深夜とあうこともあって、私は一つ手前のバス停留所(空港から一つ目の停留所)で降りて、そこからタクシー(15元弱)に乗りました。一つ手前で降りた理由は降りた場所にタクシーが沢山いたからです。ホテルの目の前は川で観光船の船着場もすぐですね。5分ほど歩けば杉湖なので手軽に観光も可能なところです。杉湖の大通り側は百貨店などが並んでいて便利な場所でした。また、泊まろうと思います。

The hotel is conveniently located at restaurants and pier. Rooms are okay but hallways and dining area needs renovation. Their carpets are very old and dusty. The night staff reception is not very polite and is a bit rude.

立地条件は最高でホテルのスタッフの日本人に対しての対応も最高で旅行会社が入ってたり買い物、マッサージ、観光には最高でした。
でも値段の高い部屋でしたが臭くて体が痒くなりました。バスタブもありましたが掃除がきちんと出来ていませんでした。ただ泊まるには中国の値段からしたら高いと思います。ただ立地条件だけは最高です。
痒くなければ必ずまた泊まりたいです！

予約票には朝食付きとありましたが、朝食をとる場所がわからず、結局朝食抜きとなりました。
また、４人２部屋で宿泊しましたが、２人分の朝食付とあり、どういう意味だかわかりません。

朝食のレストランが7Fにあるが、6Fから薄暗い階段をのぼったり、場所がわかりにくい。
目の前にシェラトンがあり、タクシーの時は｢シェラトン｣といった方が、すんなり理解してもらえる。

バルコニー付きかと思ってたのですが 無かったのが残念でした。 ロケーションは抜群。

Convenient to walking street. Nice walking along the river. Relaxing!

Was a decent hotel overall especially for the price. Close to the market so even though breakfast was not included there are many restaurants or street food close by.

ロケーションが良い、中国の一般的なホテル。
バスタブもありませんでした。
こちらが中国語を話せないと思ったのか、はたまた日本人だからなのか、フロントの対応にちょっとガッカリ。
安さと便利さは問題ありません。

Super centralt!! Lige ved gågaden og blot et stenkast fra floden. Sød reception, og en seperat afdeling på hotellet, der hjalp med at arrangere ture. Fin morgenmadsbuffet. Minibaren er dog blot et par flasker vand, der er vildt dyre, og alt "skønhedspleje" på badeværelset (med undtagelse af sæbe), skal man betale for.

フロントの方は、英語がほとんど出来ず、ツアーデスクの方にフォローいただくことがしばしばでした。
また、日本円から中国円への両替も不可で、ちょっと厳しかったです。

ただ、価格の割りには、トータルでは良いホテルでしたので、お勧めです。
中心街から程近いので、散策には大変便利です。
ホテルの話ではありませんが、ホテル前の屋根のない4人乗りトゥクトゥク風な小型タクシーにボラれました。
絶対に、乗らないことを強くお勧めします。（メーターがないのがヤバイです。）

地點方便，房間陳設與清潔真的一般

호텔이 빈지앙루(Bin Jiang Road)에 위치하고, 주변에 바로 먹거리가 풍성한 거리가 있습니다. 현지 사람들 평판으로는 오래된 호텔이기 때문에 '샹그리라 호텔' 이나 '대공관(大公馆)호텔'보다 편의시설과 인테리어가 떨어진다고 하지만, 계림 자체 관광에는 위치적으로 최적인 호텔로 생각됩니다.
