Grundsätzlich schon ok
Pros:

Zimmer Ok, nicht zu klein, mit kleiner Terrasse, auch schöne Aufenthaltsräume, ein roter Kater war auch da

Cons:

Hotel bzw Eingang zum Hotel war sehr schwer zu finden, der angebotene „Meerblick“ war der Ausblick auf eine überschaubar schöne, unbefestigte Parkfläche mit Autos drauf, einen Kran und eher bescheidene Wasserflächen, immerhin auch auf ein paar Schiffe

The hotel did not care to negotiate two prepaid but cancelled staying nights.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. View from the window was great.

Cons:

The shower did not function properly, one could regulate temperature, only hot water… which made shower almost unusable.

Great location but small overheated rooms.
Pros:

The location is perfect. The common areas are fantasticly quirky

Cons:

The beds are small and the rooms even with the window open ( which ment road noise) was very warm. No fans available

Nice and clean central place.
Pros:

Good location close to both the harbor and the pond. Nice and clean room. Comfy bed and bedding. Very pleasant and nice overall. The room is not very spacious especially if you have lots of luggage. Pricy but all Iceland is very expensive.

Cons:

The window is not tight enough to barrier traffic noise from outside. The shades do not provide total darkness at night. We still had a very good stay and restful night.

Family friendly, close to many things, well worth staying there!
Pros:

The staff was fantastic! The food at the restaurant on site was very good, and the room that we had was really nice especially since we have two children. They were each able to have their own bed. That is a major plus in our book. It was also nice that they posted the World Cup schedule and let us know where we could watch the games.

Cons:

The location of our room was not ideal. We were right on the street level and so having the window open made the room very noisy. It happened to be wonderful warm weather so being able to have the window open was nice to get the fresh air. It will definitely it stop us from staying there again.

ligt direkt aan het water. goede koffie op de kamer. kamer kan goed verduisterd worden.

Cons:

op kamers richting straat hoor je de straat zeer luid, stoplicht in de buurt, hierdoor moet de raam dicht blijven. Matrassen en kussens waren van matige kwaliteit. en de prijs kwaliteit klopt voor mij hierdoor niet.

Overall our stay was fine. Very convenient to downtown Reykjavik.
Cons:

We reserved a family suite and the room was very small for 4 people. The room had 4 beds but 2 were bunk beds which we were not expecting.
