這次運氣不太好，剛好住在機器運作附近的房間，晚上睡覺時牆壁有振動感，一直聽到機器運作的共振音，影響睡眠品質。

Pros:

While Hualien may have more B&Bs than hotels, this is a quality option. Ocean Hotel is a pleasant place with clean and spacious room. Breakfast is fair and free coffee and snacks are available all-day. Staff is friendly and passionate about Hualien and eastern Taiwan area. Price is very reasonable. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood with the city's prime attractions nearby.

很棒的服務態度
Pros:

住宿環境舒適，廁所外玻璃透明，業者已準備窗簾遮擋，但無完全遮蔽，比較容易看到上廁所的人，還是希望能將靠近門的透明用壁貼遮擋。
整體服務很棒，早餐也美味，因當天有遺失物品，業者也協助找尋快遞送達手中，非常感謝！

我們入住的是二樓有鋪木板的家庭房型，簡單乾淨是我們首重要點。
盥洗室有重新整理過，洗手台有獨立的引用水出水已經可以泡澡大石頭砌成的浴缸和洗澡共用的，缺點浴缸對我們家家小朋友來說很不友善，太高很難進出，以及壞掉漏水的蓮蓬頭，令人傻眼。
房間的木地板，清潔有待改善，一滴滴像是拖把拿起未乾情況下沿路滴在上面，而且我們入房時間都已經是晚上11點，還能踩到那未乾的水，再次傻眼！
再來就是讓我老婆最不能接受的「小強」，一進就發現祂在冰箱外櫃旁，算祂跑的快，不然絕對....
除了小強不知去向外，在與櫃檯表示後，隔天皆有更換與再請潔。
真的應該再加強衛生壞境的清潔
