Nice and quiet
Pros:

We stayed here as a group and appreciated the quietness. Rooms were a little roomier than typical in Europe and we had private baths.
They served us dinner downstairs and it was good.
Nice front, covered patio

Average Place
Pros:

The rooms and grounds are average. The restaurant next door smelled wonderful, but it was not part of our event. There was nothing spectacular about the location, setting, facilities, or anything else. It was just average.

The worst hotel ever visited by me
Pros:

Small rooms, with a 10'x6' living surface.
No internet available on the room.
Strong odors of humedity and unproper lighting.
The bed cleanness can be far questionable.
Old doors with broken mechanical key lock s, doors dont close property and marks of crowbar's actions can be seen.
Toiles very small ( inside the room); with marks of rust, humedity and mold highly visible on the walls corners and floor.
Broken tides everywhere.
Lightning fixtures broken.
The please gafe a highly sens of insecurity.

TERRIBLE transit-hotel
Pros:

Nasty place, the rooms smelled musty, stale bread, nasty juice and coffee for breakfast. Dinner questionable freshness. The bathroom probably nobody cleans. The carpet and curtains were scattered tons of dust. Problems with the water temperature. Non-functioning air conditioning (while outside 38 degrees Celsius). I do not recommend, even for one night! It's not worth any money. Sorry ...

Hotel not nice but with potential
Pros:

We searched for a Hotel which is near Venedig and a little in the open country and not directly in the city. So we choose the hotel because pictures, price and equipment were good and fits our wishes.
When we arrived at the hotel we found that it was a old villa or winery in between some dead factories and it was on a main street with more traffic then expected. But it looked great and there were enough parking places.
Also the reception looks very nice and we were amused till we talked to the personal. They could neither German nor English, so it was not so easy to talk to them. The personal was also not very motivated and gave us the keys for the two booked rooms.
The floor, the house inside is very nice and has big potential to be a very very nice hotel. The rooms looked great and were clean and big but they were as bad as the service, we had a defect toilet, a defect refrigerator, a defect television and a defect hair dryer.
We talked about that to the service but they didn't want to understand us or they did not care about that, nothing happened.
Also the breakfast was awful...

The hotel has a great potential, it looks great and is clean and nice, but they have to change there service philosophie and they have to repair there room equipment.

NOT FAIR REVIEWS
Pros:

Have just returned from a weekend here, it was a pleasant stay, not by any means a great hotel but i do feel these reviews are unfair. We paid for a double room and when we got there at 3am... (due to delayed flight) we were put into a twin room, i explained tot he manager and the next day our beds were changed for a double.... The Manager also took us one night to a restaurant as we did not know anywhere that was open and serving food... the only comment i may add is i was missold the property as i was not made aware of how far in the middle of know where this hotel was... Awful Hotel
Pros:

I can only agree with everything said in the other negative reviews. We were put up here for two nights prior to a cruise. It's 20km or so from Venice, and hard to get to with luggage. The hotel itself is understaffed and under patronised. A previous review spoke of breakfast . Yes it was dreadful, a plate of cold meat, some bread ( and what didn't get eaten the first morning reappeared the next day). Lots of prepacked cookies and cakes, clearly had been there for some time. I could go on and on, but suffice to say everything negative you read is true. Oh, and if you have the misfortune to stay, take the insect repellant.. At 3am during the first night, we woke to the buzzing, and killed at least 20 mosquitoes. The blood is probably still on the walls and curtains.

WARNING. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Pros:

Just returned form this hotel and immediately considering compensation from travel broker.
Our romantic break in Venice was as lovely as we could imagine and I would certainly recommend this venture. However, do not stay in this hotel.
The Villa Isabela is an overnight coach stop for travelling pilgrims. It is not a four star hotel to accomidate holiday seekers.
I could write a full account of our stay but i think i'ts best saving for our holiday broker, who shall remain nameless for now. But bear in mind they are a household name.
The facts are:
1. Any commuting on foot or public transport is dangerous due to no pavements and busy highway.
2. The host will offer lift from train station at the end of your day and charge you up to 30 Euros.
3. If you eat an evening meal, you will get a bowl of pasta in tomato sauce thrown at you. 50 Euros.
4.The staff are completely untrustworthy and argue openly in front of you. They dont speak English if you complain or mention receipts or question their charges. But believe me, they know every word said!
5. The staff are abrupt and threatening. We had our backs up every night. Their is a feeling of vulnerability about the place due to the staff and the isolation. If you think of the film Psycho, but with less chance of getting away, then you're on the right lines.
6. The breakfast is not a breakfast. It is a gesture of dried sweet cakes in plasic wrappers.
7. The rooms are nothing like any of the pictures you will see. It is a hostel, not a hotel.
8. The Argentinian beef restaurant, is open five nights a week, and is just like a real restaurant but three times more expensive.

This is just the tip of the iceberg, but hopefully enough to prevent anybody else being fooled into thinking they can have a relaxing holiday here. The remoteness and vulnerability with the staff is real and we where genuinly concerned when tensions where high, due to our own safety. For two nights, we where the only guests, and surrounded by the staff. These guys are really on the take from you and there are no free rides. Having served the armed forces in a number of inhospitable places, I was tested to the limit here with personal and financial wellbeing, In short, avoid this hotel.

Anniversary
Pros:

5nights too long. A HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!!! The location is out of the way away from busy tourists. Bus stand not far walking distance, not bad. However a rubbish hotel, because: The room I paid for was a double 4 star bed and breakfast. The double bed was not a double, but 2 single beds pushed together, we had backache for the entire holiday. First night the bed was broken, A/C did not work, TV did not work, No Iron, No kettle, No tea, sugar, milk, snack etc. in the room. No drinks in the fridge, Fridge did not work [rubbish]. After all this we ordered 2 cups of tea for 2 nights in the evening, but they charged 50 euros for room service what a bloody rip off. The cutlery and cups were dirty and we did not use them. Myself and my husand was extremely upset and dissapointed. The bathroom was ok, but need a deep clean. Everyday we had bug bites [spider bites] as the room was dirtyand NEEDS A GOOD CLEAN and had webs behind the bed. Breakfast had flies buzzing on it, so we just had some tea, machine did not work properly. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NOT 4 STAR, I have been around the world never been to a place like this!!!!!

Relax at the swimming pools and within a bus and train ride of Venice
Pros:

Stayed 5 nights, the rooms were spacious the bathroom was clean and modern and included a bidet. The hotel is modern and in the countryside. At the end of the hotel in a seperate building is a Argentinian restaurant specialising in beef , but we ate Mostly Pasta at less than ten Euro. Behind that are two large, clean open air swimming pools surrounded by grass. We spent a lot of time there. We had no car, so walked to the local village to catch a bus and train to Venice, Treviso and Padova. The village had a small supermarket and a good take away pizza shop. We got directions from one of the staff who spoke English, we don't speak Italian. Breakfast isn't flash. We would stay again.

What a disaster!!!
Pros:

Quite possibly the most terrible place I have ever stayed!

It was a nightmare. Just to get the basics such as sheets, towels, bathmat were a challenge. They simply did not want to co-opperate with me. I guess the costs must be too much for their owner.

And the shower was a steel pipe sticking out of the wall.

Breakfast was dismal at best.

If they were to be a change their attitude towards customers, things could change. (Note they said that this has been how they have been doing things for 20 years. Though I imagine that in this case some things will never change).

BEWARE!!!!!
Pros:

Scandal!!!!

1. No continental breakfast, It was the worst breakfast ever!!! It had NOTHING!!!

2. Could not sleep becasue they had 50 italian schoolchilds there on holiday.
It seems like they lived for making noise to 3 in the night than it started again at 7 in the morning.

3. Languageproblems! NO ONE speaks english! I thought that if they is running a international hotel you MUST speak some english like the ordinary frases.

4. The one and only time they served us food in the hotelretaurant they offered us some pasta and tomatosauce.
We took it with 2 bottles whitewine and 1 red. (7 persons)
It cost us €75.......!

5. One day they could not serve us food. A guy Fabio told us to eat out on a restaurant. He said the hotel should pay for the food if we took a receipt. We did that but no money back....! + €100!!!

6. No swimmingpools was open

7. The rooms was not in good conditions.

8. VERY expensive minibar. No pricelists awaileble.

9. Our flight left late at night the day we should go home.
I maked a deal with Fabio in the reception that we keeped the rooms for 4 extra hours on the homegoing day. That was okay.
€20 per room. 4 x €20 = 80.
When we checked out he demand 4 x €50 = €200!!!!

Total cost he screwed us on is €475!!!!

BEWARE OF THIS CRAPHOTEL!

Horrible place!
Pros:

It was a horrible experience. After our late arrival semi-drunk person at the reception passed us a key to the room which looked like a room in a hostel, not a 4* hotel. Add loud music from the disco till 1AM, broken AC termostat, water covering bathroom floor including toilet, squashed flies on the walls, broken TV remote, no minibar with simple water, etc. Staff was totally unresponsive to our complains, suggesting to talk to the manager next morning. After pathetic dry breakfast next morning we talked to a lady, who pretended to be a manager. She totally denied all our complains and was extremely rude. No need to add that we left the place right after. Anybody who decides to book the room there should really think twice before doing it!

Unfriendly Out of the Way
Pros:

Villa Isabela Noalesce 67 Santa Maria Venice
Date: May 14, 2007
Reviewer: A TripAdvisor Member, Cape Town UK

Fortunately, we only booked one day and got a better, more centrally situated hotel.
The breakfast consisted of a range of prepackaged cookies and cling wrapped breadrolls which must have been a few days old.
Hotel staff response queries was abrupt and dismissive.
The hotel is out of the way with no interesting sites nor shops accessible without a car. If is around 25 km with a toll road from Venice.

nice with some luxury halls and clean, ideal for couples with baby
Pros:

I was happy all 8 days I have been there, because in December it was not busy and therefore quite.
You really need a car unless you want to pay lots of euros for hotel reservaion. anyway, I rented a car through Transavia and I got a good deal. Also the hotel was 40 euros cheaper than normal when I booked it through Transavia. Not that I like Transavia, hey but if I can get the same hotel for 59 euros per night per room instead of 99!

even if hotel is in the middle of nowhere, it is nicely located between nice places in north of Italy: We went to see Venice of course, but also Garda lake (2 hours drive) and the mountains around. It was relaxing. Treviso is also a very beautiful city, to my surprise.
Service in this hotel depends on who you get.
There is a Blond guy who hardly says hi and there are two old people who are help out and are very friendly.
But I am not sure if they speak english,so you will need to speak to the 'silent blond' receptionist if you need something.
anyway, if you need coffee htere is a good bar in the hotel and they can make hot water for baby.
Breakfast is not really worth it, but just get a very nice cappuccino and a pre-packaged cherry croissant in teh bar and you will start the day ok.
