舒適及乾淨，交通地理位置，近西門捷運站，美食也方便，價錢也合理

Cons:

因為位於商圈，上下樓層有KTV還是運動教室，音樂聲很大，房間隔音效果差了點，隔壁房間有住宿，開關門、說話聲音很明顯，不過，因為價位不高，也就還可以接受
