The staff are lovely. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is comfortable and breakfast is really good.
Despite them saying there is a shuttle and a tour desk, there isnt. I dont appreciate services being listed when they dont offer them as feels disingenuous. It is in a decent location, but think careful about visiting Pereira as a tourist, not a particularly interesting or nice city, rather spend money on a shuttle to go stay in Salento or Filandia.

We couldn't open windows.
El hotel Don Alfonso está muy bien situado, con restaurantes que ofrecen variedad de comidas. La arquitectura del hotel es encantadora, es colonial, y está catalogado como un patrimonio arquitectónico de la ciudad.
La entrada tiene un ambiente con jardines, fuente de agua, y sillas que invitan a estar allí, incluso vimos algunos pajaritos que llegaron.
El interior del hotel posee el mobiliario de sus dueños y son de la época, muy bonitos. La decoración, los relojes, cuadros, fotos de la familia de don Alfonso, lámparas y demás espectaculares, las habitaciones muy cómodas y con mobiliario también colonial con escaparate, sillas, y cama tipo catre muy bonita.
La zona para el desayuno es muy agradable con dos patios al aire libre rodeados de plantas e incluso un árbol en uno de ellos.
Los desayunos deliciosos. El personal está muy atento.
Nos sentimos como en casa. Volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hotel.
Sólo hubo un detalle en el desayuno del sábado que se demoraron en servirlo, y solo estábamos nosotros, y esto nos puso a correr para llegar a la terminal de buses.
Its truly beautiful, especially the court yard. Its an old timey mansion so a unique stay.
