Pesimo el servicio
No fue posible realizar el pago insistían. En dinero o transferencia se pidió realizar un link de pago y no fíe posible para tarjeta bueno en conclusión pésimo la atención pésimo servicio le regalaron en la recepción Noo muy muy pésimo

Pros:

Es muy complejo el pago dan mucho mucho problema se necesitan gestionar un link de pago y no fue posible con calidad contra precio ahí otros hoteles que ofertan competencia y lo mejoran bastante

Si algo tan básico como un pago por link no fue posible ahora imagínese todo lo demás pésimo no es la primera vez qie me hospedo en este hotel pero esta vez fallo muy regular la atención

stay at this hotel was good
Pros:

the breakfast was for us little cheap. the hotel and the rooms were good for what we paid. staff was very good.

Just amazing.
Pros:

Staff treatment. Shout out to Maria Alejandra and Xavier. Genuine care, and always willing to help, really help. Their kindness is something that's actually hard to believe. How there's still people with this kind of care for others? Definitely, customer service at this hotel is just next level.

Cons:

Washroom features is definitely something I'd keep an eye on as they make look the washroom not very clean and old. Fix the toilet paper hanger properly for instance, or the fact that the sink faucet was kind of loose, get a newer shower head...
