Pros:

Personnel très arrangeant, il m'ont changer de chambre pour plus de confort sans frais supplémentaire. Toute l'équipe de l'hôtel est très chaleureuse et accueillante.

Just amazing.
Pros:

Staff treatment. Shout out to Maria Alejandra and Xavier. Genuine care, and always willing to help, really help. Their kindness is something that's actually hard to believe. How there's still people with this kind of care for others? Definitely, customer service at this hotel is just next level.

Cons:

Washroom features is definitely something I'd keep an eye on as they make look the washroom not very clean and old. Fix the toilet paper hanger properly for instance, or the fact that the sink faucet was kind of loose, get a newer shower head...

Lo único rescatable es el esmero de las trabajadoras del hotel en la limpieza de las habitaciones y la ubicación.

Cons:

La verdad, desde la entrada fue complejo. Nos recibió una persona que no supo responder nuestras dudas con el pago, la conversión y la manera de facturar.
Cada día hubo problemas, la piscina muy descuidada, el televisor no funcionaba y el recepcionista no me daba solución (solo era cambiar las baterías del control), el desayuno era escaso, las habitaciones no eran lo que había solicitado en las opciones de Booking (no tenían minibar ni closet y para mis hijos no me dieron la opción de habitación doble, no matrimonial, a pesar de solicitarlo).
Presencié malos tratos de la jefa hacia los trabajadores en dos ocasiones.
No me entregaron la factura al hacer el chek out. Presencié una grave discusión de un huésped con el recepcionista por situaciones incumplidas y por la no entrega de la factura.
durante dos días tuve que aguantar la habitación mojada por problemas con el aire acondicionado, tuve que insistir para que me solucionaran la situación.
Entre otras situaciones.
No volvería.

Poderia ser melhor.
Pros:

A localização é boa, próximo a tudo (mercado, farmácia, restaurantes). O hotel conta com elevador. O café da manhã não é satisfatório . Os staffs prestativos.

Não havia cobertores, não tem chuveiro quente.
