Camas cómodas, habitación y baño amplio y limpio. Agua caliente de sobra y el desayuno delicioso.
Nos tocó una habitación sin ventanas y era bastante oscura. Hay bastante ruido al rededor
o alojamento excedeu todas as expectativas. muito acolhedor e com um rooftop muito agradável. Pequeno-almoço muito bom conforme a carta. os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e deixaram-nos entrar para "sala de espera" pois chegámos às 4h da manhã e não reservámos a noite anterior.

Struttura situata in un’ottima posizione per raggiungere la piazza principale e i locali nel centro di Arequipa. Stanza piccola, ma accogliente e staff super gentile e disinvolte. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio lavanderia. La struttura offre la possibilità di scegliere tra vari menù per la colazione che viene poi servita nella bellissima terrazza all’ultimo piano.
Non era presente alcun genere di riscaldamento e la doccia era dotata di tenda. Sarebbe più idoneo e comodo installare un vetro doccia.
Nous avons tout aimé de cet hébergement, accueil, confort espace communs vraiment génial, terrasse et vue sur le volcan.

The noise and also the staff did not speak English well enough to properly communicate with us. Additionally, toiletries were listed as provided for free but actually they charge for them.
Un sitio estupendo, maravillosa relación calidad-precio y muy bien ubicado. Además el desayuno es muy bueno y en una terraza con solecito que se agradece mucho de buena mañana! Lo único malo es que hay una discoteca cerca y por la noche es bastante ruidoso, pero con tapones pudimos dormir perfectamente.

Excelente place. I have been here before and come back every time I stay in Arequipa. The place is very centered and the service is great, very friendly and helpful.
Me gustó que está cerca de la plaza mayor y el hostal en si. Era muy bonito y la mayoría de los recepcionistas muy amables.
No me gustó que en la noche/madrugada las calles cerca al hostal están llenas de gente loca o borracha.
Die Lage war klasse. Der Innenhof des Hotels sowie die Rooftop Terrasse, wo das Frühstück serviert wurde, waren auch sehr einladend. Es standen kostenfreie Getränke bereit.
Das Zimmer lag leider direkt hinter der Rezeption. Daher hörte man die ganze Nacht über die Klingel und konnte nicht wirklich gut schlafen. Die Parties im Nachtclub gegenüber gingen ebenfalls bis 5 Uhr morgens, so dass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls extrem klein und daher sehr stickig. Das Bett war für 2 Personen ungeeignet, da man immer über die vorne schlafende Person klettern musste, wenn man nachts auf Toilette musste. Für den bezahlten Preis hätten wir wirklich mehr erwartet.

Nuestra habitación daba al cuarto de limpieza/ trastero por lo que había bastante ruido al pasar constantemente y no mucha privacidad ya que se veía claridad por la ventana todo el rato al no estar cubierte
Si hubiesemos estado en cualquier otra habitación la estancia hubiesr sido de 10!
