Didn't meet the expectations
Pros:

It was quite central

Cons:

The hotel didn't really meet expectations. I was assigned a lower ground floor room which didn't really look like the pictures at all, it was actually quite run down/neglected looking. Additionally one of the first thing I was handed over at reception were ear plugs due to the noise and was highly recommended to wear them, so if you are a light sleeper try to avoid. The toiletries included are just a bar of soap and if you need a hair dryer you need to request it at reception and return it straight after. Breakfast was included but it was only between 6:30-8:30 meaning that you had to wake up earlier, you couldn't have a lie in if you wanted. Also there were only 4 options included (all savoury/eggs based) and if you wanted anything extra (eg fruit/yogurt) you had to pay for it. Overall not really great value for money, didn't really meet my expectations.

Très bon hôtel pour un court séjour à Arequipa, on recommande !
Pros:

L’emplacement, la vue de la terrasse supérieure et le balcon sont superbes ! L’emplacement est parfait par rapport à la place principale et au départ des tours touristiques.

Cons:

Un peu trop de lumière extérieure qui rentre dans la chambre la nuit, et un peu bruyant

Super séjour dans cet hôtel charmant et accueillant.
Pros:

Le rooftop de l'hôtel, son emplacement, le personnel était disponible et à l'écoute.

Cons:

L'humidité dans la salle de bain, il n'y avait pas de sèche-cheveux.

Hotel perfecto para tu visita a Arequipa

Una estancia estupenda, elegimos la habitación pequeña porque vamos a pasar solo una noche, nos sorprendió el tamaño, que sin dejar hacer grande era más que suficiente para los dos para esa noche. Cierto que el cuarto de baño quizá era un poco pequeño, la ducha aunque pequeña y con cortina NO se salía el agua que eso resultó algo muy importante.
Cuando hicimos el checking me regalar una tarjeta con una bebida en la azotea gratis.
En la recepción hay disponible agua caliente para hacerte infusiones y también café, me parece un punto muy a su favor.
Los desayunos son a la carta y estaban muy buenos, café, elegir el plato de caliente, zumo o porridge de quinoa...
La situación a 5 minutos caminando de la plaza de armas, con tiendas y restaurantes en los alrededores.

Pros:

Tolle zentrale Lage direkt in der Altstadt.
Frühstück auf der Rooftop-Terrasse.
Man kann viele verschiedene Touren über das Hotel buchen und bekommt bei sehr frühen Abreisen noch ein Verpflegungspaket.

Cons:

Warm und stickiges Zimmer - Fenster konnte nicht offen gelassen werden, da direkt davor die Raucherecke war.

Frühstückszeiten nur bis 08.30 Uhr.

Pros:

La situación del hotel es estupenda, a unos minutos de la plaza de armas.
Nos alojamos en la habitación más sencilla, Y aunque es pequeña el tamaño es más que suficiente par de noches. El cuarto de baño completo muy bien y funciona muy bien todo.
Todos salimos muy temprano por la mañana nos dieron refrigerio, que se agradece a esas horas, las 3am.
Y una cosa que me parecía un detalle muy importante, al lado de la recepción que tiene una mesa con sofás etcétera trian termos de agua caliente y de café, con bolsitas de hojas de Coca para que la gente pudiera hacerse su bebida
No tuvimos oportunidad de disfrutar el bar ni el desayuno.
Tenemos una próxima estancia de dos noches donde lo disfrutaremos.

Estancia muy buena, personal super amable y limpieza impecable.
Pros:

El personal siempre fue super atento y nos resolvió varias solicitudes que les realizamos, la limpieza de las habitaciones es diaria y excelente. El desayuno es bueno y las vistas desde la terraza son muy bonitas.

Cons:

La zona tiene muchos bares por lo que es ruidosa, el personal nos avisó al momento del check in y nos brindó tapones de oídos que ayudaron mucho. La habitación era ligeramente húmeda ya que el baño tiene un pequeño extractor.

Good value for money, clean and a great view from the balcony and rooftop.
Pros:

Very good location near the Plaza de Armas as well as the Santa Catalina Monestery. Very cute balcony overlooking the quaint streets. They have sliding doors to block out the sound from the street which worked really well and was much appreciated as the nearby areas was very busy partying until 04:00 in the mornings, but due to the sliding doors we could not hear it.

Cons:

Unfortunately for both nights we had to get up really early due to going to the colca canyon and going with peru hop the next day to Cusco. This meant they gave a packed breakfast, which we did appreciate a lot, but is was the same for both days and very basic. We would have appreciated some form of variety.

Pros:

Le lit était assez grand, pas de moisissure apparente, la douche confortable.
Le petit déjeuner était bon également.

Cons:

Pas de connexions aux plates-formes de streaming pour une énorme télé.
Une grande fenêtres caché par des rideaux etait en contact direct avec l'extérieur, ce qui rend l'intimité un peu réduite.
Une odeur de renfermé était présente également.
La porte menant à la salle de bain était cassée. Et enfin le wifi n'arrivait pas jusque dans la chambre.
Quand nous avons remonté certains désagrément, le personnel nous a répondu de manière condescendante et n'a rien fait de plus pour arranger.
