Enttäuschend
Pros:

Wir konnten unser Gepäck bis zur finalen Abreise unterstellen. Nach 10 Minuten gab es sehr schön warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Weil wir das Frühstück wegen eines Ausflugs verpassten, wurde uns ein sehr simples Lunchpaket (Toast mit Käse, Wasser, Riegel) gemacht.

Cons:

Obwohl uns am Abend zuvor noch gesagt wurde, dass wir uns morgens selbstständig Kaffee und Tee machen können, gab es dann weder heißes Wasser noch Kaffee und wurde auch vom Mitarbeiter nicht geholt.
Uns wurde als 3 Erwachsene ein Familienzimmer mit französischem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett gegeben (Booking hat es so für 3 Erw. angeboten...). Das Zimmer an sich war sehr klein. Unsere Koffer hatten gerade so Platz. Zumal es genau an der Hausecke zur Straße hin war, wo am Freitag Abend die ganze Nacht Party gemacht wurde - da half auch die extra schalldämmende Tür nichts. Angeblich waren keine anderen Zimmer frei. Erholsam war die Nacht nicht. Wir hatten uns mehr erhofft.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing location, value for money.

Cons:

This property can be a hit or a miss depending on room allocation. It is right next to the bar (the hotel has no control over this but will most likely distrub your sleep). Although tasty, breakfast gets boring after a day (especially if you are a vegan/vegetarian).
Bathroom ventilation opens up inside the room. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are smaller.

Pros:

A portaria funciona 24h. O café da manhã não é buffet, eles disponibilizam 4 opções de pratos pra você escolher um e também pode escolher uma opção de bebida do menu de cafés e sucos, mas os pratos são muito gostosos. O atendimento é ótimo, as moças são umas fofas. O hotel entrou em contato comigo pouco tempo depois da reserva disponibilizando várias opções de passeios na cidade com vans te buscando direto no hotel, eles mesmo reservam pra você e você só paga, achei ótimo.

Cons:

Fiquei no quarto pequeno e o banheiro não dava muita privacidade (fui com um amigo entao tudo bem, mas para casais novos pode ser um problema), além de o chuveiro não possuir box, apenas cortina.

Notre hub pour visiter la région d'Arequipa. Top !
Pros:

Emplacement très central, très pratique pour visiter la ville. Idéal aussi pour visiter les alentours (Canyon Del Colca, la Route des Sillars...) grace à l'agence intégrée à l'établissement. Nous avons pu faire garder nos sacs à dos dans le local sécurisé, pendant nos excursions et accéder aux douches / wc même après le check-out. Top ! Vue incroyable lors du couché du soleil.

Cons:

Très central donc bruyant. Mais ok avec bouchons d'oreilles ;)

Buena elección
Pros:

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy agradable desde el inicio. Destacamos especialmente la buena atención del personal, que en todo momento fue amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El lugar es muy bonito y cuenta con un rooftop realmente encantador, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del ambiente.

El desayuno fue delicioso, con buena variedad y bien preparado, un detalle que sin duda suma mucho a la experiencia. Las instalaciones en general están muy limpias y bien cuidadas, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera cómoda y agradable.



En general, es un lugar muy bonito, aseado y con buena atención, y sin duda lo consideraríamos nuevamente para una próxima visita.

Cons:

Como aspecto a tener en cuenta, la habitación que daba a la calle fue bastante ruidosa durante la noche, lo que afectó un poco nuestro descanso. Por esta razón, recomendamos reservar las habitaciones del interior, ya que son mucho más tranquilas.

Nice place but extremely noisy
Pros:

Location, breakfast and staff.

Cons:

Extremely loud at night. Many nightclubs surrounding the building. Barely could sleep during our 3 night stay.
