L'emplacement de l'hôtel est en plein centre historique, à 2 pas de la place d'armes.

Heel vriendelijk personeel die met alles willen helpen. Ontbijt is perfect op een prachtige locatie.

Cons:

Geluidsoverlast in het weekend was best pittig. De oortjes die je krijgt helpen daar niet goed genoeg tegen.

La ventilacion, no entra aire a los cuartos y hace mucho calor de dia, las ventanas no se abren solo para dar luz pero no entra aire. O no hay ningun tipo de velntilacion. el televisor no tienen buena señal , no spuede ver nada y el control de la tele no funciona muy bien.

Super Lage im Zentrum. Wir konnten sogar schon früher einchecken. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Am Abreisetag hatten wir eine frühe Abreise, sodass wir ein Lunchpaket bekamen. Leider wurden wir von unserer Agentur nachts nicht abgeholt und der nette Mann an der Rezeption hat alles gegeben und probiert jemanden zu erreichen, sodass wir dann doch noch eingesammelt wurden. Und das auch, obwohl wir den Ausflug nicht über das Hotel gebucht hatten.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo e, onestamente, la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva.

Le camere sono prive di ventilazione e, anche se la mancanza di aria condizionata può essere comprensibile, le finestre sono molto basse e affacciano direttamente sul passaggio degli ospiti, senza grate. Questo rende impossibile aprirle per cambiare aria o rinfrescare la stanza senza il timore che qualcuno possa entrare.

Nel bagno era presente solo il sapone per le mani; mancavano prodotti base per l’igiene personale.

La colazione viene servita solo fino alle 8:30. Riteniamo che questa informazione dovrebbe essere comunicata chiaramente al momento della prenotazione, soprattutto se inclusa nel pacchetto. Dopo una notte di viaggio, non abbiamo potuto riposare adeguatamente anche per questo motivo. La struttura è inoltre insonorizzata molto male ed è situata in una strada dedicata alla vita notturna: i tappi per le orecchie sono altamente consigliati.

Alla reception ci è stato risposto che gli orari sono pensati per i clienti che partecipano ai tour (dalle 6:30 alle 8:30). Tuttavia, anche noi avevamo prenotato tre tour con loro in due giorni: il primo era nel pomeriggio e avrebbe consentito di dormire più a lungo.

Il giorno successivo, nonostante ci fosse stato detto di presentarci alle 6:30 per la colazione, questa è stata servita alle 6:50 e il caffè alle 7:00, costringendoci a correre inutilmente.

L’unico punto a favore sono i tour organizzati tramite la struttura e il servizio lavanderia molto efficiente, ma al quanto caro, confronto altri alloggi dove abbiamo lavato anche a 1/3 del prezzo.

Riteniamo che ci siano diversi aspetti da migliorare.
